The staff were so nice and friendly. I had an issue with my insurance and they called a few times and sorted it out and told me what it was. The optometrist was patient and answered all of my questions. I also asked to be fitted for contacts which I was not looking forward to. It wasn't going great but she was patient with me throughout the whole process, didn't rush me, and offered tips on how to get used to applying contacts. I would recommend them. ~José

There was barely any wait at the time we went (11am) The woman who took my son’s blood (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely professional and friendly. She made the procedure quick and as pain free as possible with a toddler and went above and beyond to comfort him and give him stickers. Obviously there are many factors that could make your visit good or bad but our personal experience was fantastic thanks to the phlebotomist who helped us ~Emilia

I went in 40 minutes before they were closing. I've never been in a location before and the Customer service was great! I got the help I needed with suggestions on fabric and pointed me to a well stocked scrapbook area. Check out was easy and friendly. Loved my experience. ~Tanyeka

Went several weeks ago. A lot of nice stuff to look through, clean. However the lady with the shoulder length gray hair and glasses at the dressing room is the reason for 2/5 instead of 5/5. And the reason I won’t be back there again. ~Sarah

J, our salesperson, could not have been more helpful. His knowledge of the various technologies of each type of memory foam, coils, hybrid, etc. and the distinctions between the various manufacturers products was extremely interesting and helpful. He was very attentive and available, while not coming across as overbearing in any way. My best experience since my wife and I began shopping for a mattress. ~Richard

In Montgomery County we had a great papa johns with great tasting pizza and wings. The Cockeysville location has done something to the taste of the pizza sauce and wings weren't the wings I remember enjoying while watching the ravens game. Also the person taking our order was having a bad day. Don't be so smug and mean when taking customer orders. ~Andre

I sold my car to CarMax. The transaction was painless. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Maryland wants their license plates back and the tag and title agency was a half mile down the road so less than 1 hour, all in, to sell a car and be on my way. You might get more selling privately but for folks who more concerned with one stop selling, ease of transaction and speed than the maximum dollar return, CarMax is the way to go. Your time is worth money, too. Go CarMax! ~Kevin

There seem to be a lot of impatient and even a review that focused on the race of the worker at this establishment, so here's an unbiased review of this PNC location. I have been with PNC for about 8 years now and have never had an issue. While not every location is the same this location was professional, cleanly and followed all covid related items. I will be back and look fort to dealing with the lovely staff again. ~Elliot
