Maryland wants their license plates back and the tag and title agency was a half mile down the road so less than 1 hour, all in, to sell a car and be on my way. They ran the car report and stated it was a salvage title. No where on it states that. Spent time at the mva to find out what was up and no record at the mva of a salvage title on my car. They offered me $2000 due to that . With out the salvage they would had offered $5500. Not sure if it's a scam during covid to buy cars cheap and flip them for way more ?

Sold 2 cars at carmax now. Always higher than dealerships and competitors. This location has 2 people outside trying to steer you away from them to a place next door that always offers significantly less than carmax…the irony is if they just paid more they wouldn’t need to waste money trying to compete l.
