Bad customer service and also does janky work like leaving oxygen sensors hanging. Taping intake hoses. Installing parts You didn’t ask for to make extra money. Accepting work knowing they won’t get to it for a long time. And if they do they half do the job leaving your car looking a mess. Or running a mess you may wanna order cheaper parts from else where but they will install there own and won’t communicate it and charge more.

I went to them for a MD inspection the first time they failed my car which was fine and they gave me the list of what needs to be fixed it was small minor things probably could take three hours instead it took six hours and even after that they replace the headlight which now flickers and doesn’t work correctly and they removed tents but didn’t remove the glue so now when getting my car reprinted I’m being charged extra for glue removal

This place is unprofessional non-certified. I do not know how they working like this on my car and always have problems never wanna go back again and there are nothing but fraud!!! people stay away from the shop. The owner Doesn’t know nothing about the car and people telling me about him that he used to work at a pizza place in Casino dealer. how he talk to people about the car. If he didn’t have any experience with the car this is crazy I don’t even want to give one star. Stay away from this place people Services: Tires, Oil change, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

The first thing i realized after i got my car back from these people was that the paint had a noticeably different color than the original color of my car, the headlight washers were not functioning anymore, the bumper was missing half of the screws, they did not even put back the license plate on the bumper, they could not align the hood properly on the car so it seemed crooked when closed, one part of the bumper was loose and it made noises while driving, after four days of driving the grill fell off the car because they were not able to fit it properly into the new bumper, the paint quality was so bad that the paint started peeling off in a week or so, they do not take responsibility for their low quality work and do not care about their customers. If you really care about your car please do not come to this place. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

The owner is very friendly and professional. I always take my car there to get oil & breaks change. Their price is decent, cheaper than outside. and I've seen many customers happy with the service including myself. He also have used cars for sale

Terrible experience. bad customer service/ lack of communication. If you care about your car, stay FAR AWAY from this place. I took my vehicle here for body repairs, when I got it back there were still some chips in the paint. They never communicated with me that this was not being repaired and returned the car to me as if everything had been fixed. Also, there is horrible customer service at this location. When I spoke the guy "I don't care what you have to say." He was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. This is absolutely unacceptable to tell a customer. Once they get paid they do not care. If you have an issue about work done on your vehicle, they will find every excuse why it is not covered under the guarantee. Quality of work is mediocre. Will NEVER do business with them again and will be advising everyone to choose another repair shop. If they don't care about customers they simply don't need to be in business.
