I’ll start by saying I never typically do these reviews but when I recognize exceptional service, I’m compelled. My experience working with Felicia was seamlessly great! She was very knowledgeable of the products and advised what was best for me and my vehicle. She was very responsive to all of my questions and kept me updated on the status of my service. She is a true professional as I witnessed an interaction with another customer that was dissatisfied with her bill, Felicia remained calm and professional the entire time. I was recommended by a relative to work with her and I can truly say I was not disappointed. Overall, working with Felicia was a great experience and I would gladly return.

This NTB location has my business for as long as I live in the College Park area. They are friendly, honest, and I have never had a bad experience. They are usually really busy, but if you make an appointment they will make sure you are seen in a timely manner. I always wait for my car, bring my computer to work, and the car is ready within an hour or two. The customer service and positive attitude just makes all the difference. I've had bad experiences with other shops in the area, so I can't say enough good things about NTB.

The manager, Felicia, was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me set up to have my tires replaced. She was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely come here again.

I would like to that everyone at the Beltsville location. My first conversation started with Mr. Charles, I explained my car situation and he told me to come at 10am and we will check your car out. When I get there I was greeted with a pleasant and warm welcome from Felicia. She said today was a busy day but we can look at your car tomorrow. I began to worry because I needed to work my part time job. The whole time I was wondering how much all of this was going to cost me. Felicia gave me an estimate and I wanted to cry and I did. Felicia referred me the easy pay program and so I applied and I got approved for $2500. I thanked God for angel and appreciate Felicia because she is the best. I will always be grateful to her.

I came in for an oil change appointment at 9:30. And was greeted very politely when I came in. It was a very busy morning for them but they had me out within the hour. Highly efficient and great service.

Friendly and quality service. If you need new tires or your alignment done, you can drop off the car and they'll give you a call later that day when it's done. And the technicians at the front desk are very friendly and walk you through the whole process.

Great service! Jose Lin was able to squeeze me in after I was unfortunately late for my appointment, and Clifford did an amazing job! He even let me know about one of my tires having too much pressure and took care of it for me. Very nice folks and quick service! Would recommend to anyone else :)
