I’ll start by saying I never typically do these reviews but when I recognize exceptional service, I’m compelled. My experience working with Felicia was seamlessly great! She was very knowledgeable of the products and advised what was best for me and my vehicle. She was very responsive to all of my questions and kept me updated on the status of my service. She is a true professional as I witnessed an interaction with another customer that was dissatisfied with her bill, Felicia remained calm and professional the entire time.
