I have been going to Pani Computer Solutions for years now, and I am always happy with the service. A five start. The staff always treats me respectfully and listens to my concerns. They take the time to provide good explanations, and will be honest with you regarding your repair. They won’t just repair computers that they know aren’t worth repairing, they will tell you upfront. The prices are very reasonable, good warranty on repairs & purchases, and I never got charged extra fees. This business has a heart, I recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. ~marlene

I give this T-Mobile store 5 stars !!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such a positive attitude by store employee Cristina. We wasted no time in getting into my devices problem! She nicely took me step by step to resolve my Phones sim card issue. For what ever reason I could send texts but could not receive any phone calls! But We got through everything very smoothly and I was done in no time. She also took the time to help me get the best accessories for my device and did not rush me one bit! I felt comfortable enough and she let me take my time to choose the one I felt was right for me, which you do not get from many people! I really appreciated everything. This will be my go to T-Mobile store if I ever have an issue. ~Crystal

Ample parking space. Very accessible location. Be sure to present your membership at entrance. They're quite strict about that here. They are rich in electronics, and electricals. If you're looking for Liquor or Alcohol, this isn't one of the stores to go searching. The store is a nice place to go shopping with kids. The food section is rich, with to go options. You sure will have a good shopping experience at this store. ~Martins

I’ll start by saying I never typically do these reviews but when I recognize exceptional service, I’m compelled. My experience working with Felicia was seamlessly great! She was very knowledgeable of the products and advised what was best for me and my vehicle. She was very responsive to all of my questions and kept me updated on the status of my service. She is a true professional as I witnessed an interaction with another customer that was dissatisfied with her bill, Felicia remained calm and professional the entire time. I was recommended by a relative to work with her and I can truly say I was not disappointed. Overall, working with Felicia was a great experience and I would gladly return. ~Collina

Very very poor customer service. The staff seems to care more about conversing with each then helping customers. I find that interesting especially being CVS’s corporate mission is to help people on a path to better health. When asked for a store manager, I was only given the first name, Jeremy. The staff member stated she was unaware of his last name. I found that to be an ignorant response. “We‘ve been asked not to give it” would have been a more reasonable response. Regardless, they instead have customers wait in long lines than open a register to assist with a quick rush. There are other CVS and drug stores where you can spend your hard-earned money. ~Lindsey

I just went in for a few things. But I was in and out quickly thanks to the nice cashier that attended me. She was actually closed but she still took me and 2 other people that came behind me because the other lane was going a bit too slow. She didn’t have to, but she took us all and I’m very grateful for that. ~Ana
