Regarding the drive thru pharmacy: I’m sitting here at 2:07, first in line, after their lunch break mind you and I still don’t have any help. They extend their lunch break, are slow to help, really the worst. This location always has such a slow pharmacy drive thru, really disappointing. CVS is going downhill fast, will start to look at other pharmacies in the area.

This pharmacy just the pharmacy not the store needs to shut down. Get some people that want to work in there train them and make sure they pay attention to detail. Argumentive as well prints off a label that doesn't conside with what the bottle says and tells you can't get a refill because it's too early

Very very poor customer service. The staff seems to care more about conversing with each then helping customers. I find that interesting especially being CVS’s corporate mission is to help people on a path to better health. When asked for a store manager, I was only given the first name, Jeremy. The staff member stated she was unaware of his last name. I found that to be an ignorant response. “We‘ve been asked not to give it” would have been a more reasonable response. Regardless, they instead have customers wait in long lines than open a register to assist with a quick rush. There are other CVS and drug stores where you can spend your hard-earned money.

Poor customer service at the drive-thru window. Didn't return my drivers license and found it on the ground in the rain. The pharmacy manager defended the employee and hung up on me.

They never have it together. Lines covering two lanes, mess in the lanes. Only one person working the register. Transferring my services to another as quickly as possible.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I called for three days in a row about a prescription n no answer! 4th day after 25 mins on hold, the man was really rude and didn't give me the correct info!! The pharmacy people are rude and lazy! They rather play on their phones or pretend you're not even there waiting. I'm going to call corporate!

I've almost always had a good experience here. The staff I've met have been friendly. I regularly use their pharmacy. Occasionally, they can be slow, but I've had no issues with them. If there's a line at the drive through, I recommend just going inside for faster service.
