Seriously, waiting for 30 minutes 5 people waiting. They are hanging out in the other side giggling and laughing instead of coming to the door to get customers serviced let them move on with their life. Cudos to the lady that came from the stamps/ passport to do a job that is not even her assignment..to HELP.

I ordered something from Amazon that said it was delivered and it wasn’t in my mailbox. When I called to talk to them a guy said he would check with the carrier and call me back. I never received a return call and I had other people’s mail in my mail box today. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Do better Post Office employees.

I had arrived maybe 2 minutes before the closing window after getting out of work and had asked for a package that for some reason rerouted to be picked up instead of delivered to my house as originally requested. The lady at the window took my tracking number to locate my package that is clearly in the back. the time hits 4:30 pm and she opens the window and hands me the tracking number back without a package and tells me to check on the self service kiosk. I find it ridiculous how the began to help me then once the time changes she decides to completely disregard me. I understand as a worker that we all want to get home but once you start helping a customer you should always finish. I was given no information on my package nor what to do to receive it. I guess i’ll have to come back tomorrow and try again, hopefully the next associate will actually be helpful.

I recently moved to Texas and I’ve been trying to get my mail situation cleared up. I cannot get an actual human being on the phone and they also lost a pretty important check that was coming my way. If I could give them zero stars I would, if you can’t do your job your job should be automated.

My expectations are usually not high when going to the post office. I had been to this location before but this time around, some of the employees were new. Teecee went above and beyond to help us send our passport applications. We were outside of the appointment window for my son's passport application, but she took the time to help us anyway. Arena was on the other counter providing great service to other customers as well. I'm extremely grateful to these two ladies for going above and beyond.

I had some manga that was suppose to be delivered “ black torch vol 2 & 4. My package was opened and the contents were stolen. The package had what was inside of it written on the package , the two manga are out of stock worldwide but I was able to buy them from someone so I assume the person who stole them knew how valuable they were and how much they are worth. I hope they find who did it!! I’m so upset right now! How could someone just steal a person package!! The lady that always deliver the mail was super helpful and friendly!!

WORST post office ever! Very poor customer service IF you can get someone to help you. I have seen 3 mail people come and go and not a single one has EVER gotten out of their van to bring anything to my door, they always put a "tried to deliver" notice in he mailbox so they don't have to get off their a**!

Never have I seen employees so actively working to prove why their jobs should be automated. I asked for help shipping a package, and the three employees who were standing (no other customers in line), told me, "use the self-service kiosk". I asked why they couldn't help, since they were just standing doing nothing, and they just said, "that's what we were told to". So, your supervisors told you to not help people who ask for assistance? All I can say is the kiosk is a huge upgrade the the employees

Ordered a Christmas Present and was given notification that it was delivered to the Tomball post office on December 21st. Tried to pick up package and was informed it wasn't priority and l was not allowed to pick it up, since it was in the warehouse. Rep informed me it would be mailed out. It is now February 10th and still nothing. Christmas came and went and my saving grace to give gift on Valentines Day seems bleak. Now I'm well past 30 day return policy if there's any issue for q package l may or may not receive. Called phone number and was given the runaround with no help, despite my numerous requests to speak to representative after inputting my tracking # several times. So l can't confirm shipment or pick it up. Maybe someone else was in need of a custom wallet with pics of my kids more than my husband. Completely unacceptable. I see why they have a 1.5 rating. Wish l could rate 0, which is equal to the help l get on the same reoccurring issue. Will stick to UPS and FedEx in the future for sure.
