I give this T-Mobile store 5 stars !!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with such a positive attitude by store employee Cristina. We wasted no time in getting into my devices problem! She nicely took me step by step to resolve my Phones sim card issue. For what ever reason I could send texts but could not receive any phone calls! But We got through everything very smoothly and I was done in no time. She also took the time to help me get the best accessories for my device and did not rush me one bit! I felt comfortable enough and she let me take my time to choose the one I felt was right for me, which you do not get from many people! I really appreciated everything. This will be my go to T-Mobile store if I ever have an issue.

Hello! I walked into the store on 8/1/22 because I was having issues with my service and phone itself really(IPhone 6 I know). I was Immediately greeted by An associate Name Wes and informed me that my iPhone itself was having issues. At first I thought it was just a sales tactic to get me to buy a new phone but I was told I was able to upgrade! She walked me through the entire process and was able to get a brand new iPhone 13. I felt very welcomed and reassured that this will solve all my problems and so far it has done just that !

DON'T GO HERE!! I had the unfortunate luck of going to this store to pick up my warranty replacement phone. I was met with multiple reps on two different days that i felt did not have the initiative to provide me me with the solution to my problem and complained of system issues when processing the warranty exchange and on the second day i was there and they eventually did the exchange but the replacement phone (pre owned) showed the same problem, they refused to return my original device even though t mobile support via phone told them it was a provisioning issue and not device issue while i was at the store. It seems like the store rep(Christina) the second day was more concerned about her commission than truly assisting in resolving my long standing problem with a line on my plan since she got offended i called t mobile while at the store after she wanted to try updating my plan to Magenta to "See" if will fix the issue and the rep on the phone suggested the same thing. Her exact words were "See, this is why, i told you about changing to magenta and now you call t-mobile and they tell you the same thing now its taking money from me" As a customer, i do not care about her commission and her reaction makes it seem like she did not want to update my plan to magenta to resolve my issue but rather get her commission. Long story short, the proposed fix by tenable phone rep was not to update my plan but fix their provisioning issue on their end. T Mobile corporate needs to do a better job of ensuring their in-store reps are competent and learn better customer service skills. I also find it quite disrespectful and unprofessional to be on your phone scrolling through TikToks as a customer service rep when customers are in front of you. I did not feel like a customer when at this store and was basically told to kick rocks. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for over 7 years and this type of service at this store is unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I will not be going back to this store anytime soon and will also be filing a formal complaint to corporate in WA. In closing, if you value your time and dignity, do NOT go to this store!!!

Ask about help with my phones and got smart snippy response asoon as I walked in the door.. Had a attitude for the hole 3mins of help I got. I think the guys name was Mark. Absolute disgusting customer service. Disgrace to the store and company. Never coming back.

Terrible experience at this location by the short lady ( manager) and other male rep who had his name tag turned. They argued with clients almost yelling and exhibited irresponsible behaviors, poor customer service and poor knowledge on the service. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Go to Laurel or verizon. This is bad customer experience. They did not politely explain the situation, the female was rude, left to serve other clients and same thing happened so the clients left. Tmobile should check this Iocation. Inexperienced manager and associate. This was Saturday 03.26.21

I wish I could give negative 5 👎. We went to the Beltsville MD store on March 26 2021 to upgrade our phones. A female associate ( said she was the manager) after examining the almost prestine phone with a UV light said the screen seems to be lifting. We told her it was like that when T-Mobile sent it and she went on to say that the screen would have been blacked out if we got it like that ( now a samsung manufacturing expert). Another male associate came and this whole visit turned into something else. Zero customer service, blatant display of poor or lack of training and no regard for customers who are paying for a service after being T-Mobile customers for 10 years.. This negative customer experience happened to 2 other customers while we were in there . Tmobile needs to re-train these associates who were there on Saturday before you lose all your customers to competition. We went to another store and same phone was examined , accepted and upgraded. The other 2 ill-treated customers also came to the other store and were treated as valued customers. Tmobile please fix your Beltsville store manager and the other associates, they are driving your business to the ground.

I went to this store to ask questions about transferring my four lines to t-mobile and this young lady helped me! Her name was Jen. She was very helpful. She told me the promotions they had. You guys need to hire more people like her! She very friendly and outgoing. Seems like she has a lot of experience! I have an appointment with her this upcoming week! I was grateful she helped me out.

I went to this store this week to transfer my five line activations from Verizon. This young lady named Jenifer (Jen) she was very helpful. She explained what I was exactly paying for each line and how much I would paying for my phones monthly. She told me what I qualify for! She was very helpful and patient with me. She offered a water bottle for the wait since Verizon didn’t want to give me my account number. She gave me an estimate of how much I would pay that same day and it came out way less than what I expected it to be. She was very helpful. I recommend every customer to go to her if you need help. Her name is Jenifer (Jen)

I came about two weeks ago to switch my cell provider. I was greeted by Francisco, and he was the most professional, most helpful, and attentive sales representative I have ever dealt with. He took the time to walk me through the process and answer any questions I had. He explained everything perfectly and was very straight forward. I am more than happy with the customer service he provided. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I would recommend this store to everyone I know and I would recommend working with Francisco as well.

This review is for Jen. She was an outstanding person. I went to do a warranty but instead i did an upgrade. She was very helpful and she told me how much i was going to pay today and monthly. She reviewed the paperwork with me which i believe everyone should be doing! If you ever need help with anything i suggest going to the store in Beltsville and asking for Jen’s help
