Awful customer service, I waited in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the front the female cashier told me that she was closing her register. I asked her could she take me, because my toddler just informed me that he had to go to the bathroom. She replied that I should leave the store and take him to the bathroom, because I had a lot of stuff to return. She returned my items with the rudest attitude ever.

We are at this store and wanted to return something we bought from Jacksonville children’s place . I am surprised to see the way manager speak to me and asked me to return the Sam at Jacksonville store only. Pathetic customer service and rude staff. I wouldn’t suggest to buy anything from this store . Very very very very bad experience

I went to Children's place to purchase clothes for my grandson. I love Children's Place prices and their clothes consist of the greatest quality. I entered the store hearing very loud talk coming from the co-workers. They talked about everything under the sun and it was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I then looked around the store looking for the manager, but the manager seemed to be the ring leader. I could not believe that the manager was holding a conversation while she was ringing people up at the register. A customer in front of me was a little unhappy because of the stores return policy, that I also clearly must not have been informed about. The customer stormed out of the store clearly frustrated and upset that she couldn't return the items that she had, even though she had a receipt and the clothes still had tags on them. Instead of the manager being professional, she ridiculed the lady in front of her employees and the customers that were in the store. Then yelled at the lady "Bye"! I really thought I was being pranked. I could not believe that this level of unprofessionalism was taking place in a store and by the manager or supervisor of the store that should have known better. Children's Place has been out for years, but if this is the type of people we have to deal with upon shopping at their store, they should really put their employees through some sort of customer service etiquette training. I will not be going back to that store. Very sad!

The issues is not the workers, it’s the customers. They treat anyone with a name tag like an animal and it saddens me to see that because you could see the stress in their faces when dealing with rude customers. How do you expect good quality customer service when you are being nasty towards the ones who are getting paid to help you? While walking out of the mall at closing, I witnessed a man standing outside of the store, talking on the phone to one of the workers and threatening to call mall management and customer service because they were not open until 7pm. It was Sunday and the mall closes at 6pm. Do people really not look around them to see other stores closed or bother to look at the hours of operation hanging on their door? The workers deserve more credit than they deserve. If it were me, I would have called security to escort the man of the premises.

Super rude manager he kicked us out saying the store was closed but it closes at 930 and we got there at 845 I opened the door and he said u have to close the door we are gonna close.

Terrible how they run this store in the mall. 8 people working the floor, 1 person on register. I had 3 items and waiting over 10 minutes for the customer in front of me cause she questioned every item plus cashier wouldn't stop talking and yet not one of the eight employees there opened another register. So items went back and we left. I will never go back there again. Be

I had the worst experience when I entered the store, because as soon as I walked in, a lady named Cassandra gave me a bad look and started talking behind my back instead of offering her help and I went up to her and asked her if something was wrong and all she said was, " If I had something to say I would have said it to you" with a bad attitude. So I didn't feel comfortable there and I asked for her name and walked straight out. Next time I'd rather go to Gap or Old Navy. Also, the store was a mess with clothes all over the place.
