Can't go in the store unless u stand in line so much protection that while in line people r mesh together ! Hummm! Just ridiculous. I did go in store went to make a purchase n eventually left without purchase. Cashier so slow r confused. NOT WORTH IT!

Moved from 5 to one star because of the incredibly rude daytime manager at this location. This was not my first run in with her, and customer service is obviously not her thing. Today I desperately needed to match a foundation even though there’s no sampling with covid. After waiting 25 mins to be helped, I touched! a sampler only to be rudely called out by the blonde, overweight manager. Rather than help me herself, she embarrassed me and ran away, never following back up that I needed a color match. I walked out without my other purchases. I’m a rouge member and love Sephora, but this location is sadly unwelcoming. I get it, there are rules and we are in strange times, but she’s so mean! The other employees have always been helpful.

The sweetest beauty advisor her name was Luna helped me find all the products I was looking for, she matched me to my foundation shade, and she recommended great moisturizer. She was so nice and sweet, also she was so friendly with my five year old daughter and they played around with makeup together. I Will definitely be coming back again soon and hopefully we will get to see the beautiful advisor.

Very very inexperienced staff! I scheduled an appointment with their master artist and if I post the pics everyone will be shocked to see what she made me look. I immediately went to the MAC counter in the mall and the lady there was also shocked to see what was done to my face and all the wrong makeup was suggested that didnt even match my skin. The girls working there are VERY VERY rude! I was 7 minutes late and the makeup artist immediately told me that she wont be able to try much on me as I was late. I paid $50 for her to try only two foundations and a concealer and just with that she left me because she said the time was up. It was a rip off and I recommend that you go to counters at the mall or explore yourself and not waste your money having their artists try things on you!!!

I just had a great experience in Sephora. Ask for Debbie she really was amazing to me. I had my demanding children with me who were not behaving and she walked up to me within 15 seconds of entering the store and helped me until I checked out. Friendly staff all around.

Great experience thanks to sales associate Vasia. She was polite and so helpful. She matched me up with the perfect tones for my skin and exactly what I needed. Quick lesson on steps to apply and recommendations as well.

What a friendly staff! I feel like at other Sephora’s I’ve been to there isn’t such a positive attitude, but at this location I had numerous employees help me find what I was looking for, asked how I was, and offered to check back stock and online for a product they were out of on the floor. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my shopping experience thanks to the staff!

Someone from corporate should either read these reviews or send a secret shopper. My experience was horrible- I was ignored for at least 5 mins and when a manager asked one of the ladies to help me, she looked at me and said she wasn't waiting on me and walked away. I complained to another manager at the counter who kindly serviced me, but never addressed the rude and disrespectful staff. I'm an older woman of color and I will admit, I was having a bad hair day, but I was treated less than and it was humiliating. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity I will never shop at Sephora again.

I spent at least 30 minutes in the mall store and not one "makeup artist" offered to assist. The girls in red and black chose to spend their time chatting with each other or looking at themselves in the mirror. Sadly. Any training they received didn't stick. If you know what you want this store is fine, if you're looking for a little help I'd skip this store, for sure!
