I went in to the QB Mall location to try on Vans. Past experience with this store wasn't that good. Salespeople were lazy and rude. No change there. I overheard an employee arguing with his girlfriend from the stock area. Cursing and not appropriate when customers can hear. I left without buying anything. Their customer service needs help.

Just left out of the Journeys store at the Quakerbridge mall (NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT). There were 3 employees working, one which was working in the back (but I'm pretty sure she saw us when we walked in) anyway, their was another employee at the register checking out a customer who left out and still no acknowledgment to myself and son. Then the employee left from the front of the store and when he came back out with another employee (manager)Still not a word. Caucasian male (customer) with his child came in the store and they were greeted right away! It was like my son and I were invisible. I have never experienced this with any other Journeys store. Very disappointed and will not return to this store again! Btw the only acknowledgment I had was when I confronted the "manager". And please ignore the 1 star, thats the only way for me to leave a comment!

*ZERO STARS* Not a fan of the customer service. Went in to buy a pair of Ugg's and everyone seemed uninterested in helping me and gave me an attitude. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere and I did.

Amazing customer service, the gentleman whom i had the pleasure of having helped me went beyond my expectations, i highly recommend this location and specifically recommend dealing with Mike and Ben. Both of which exemplify what the retail experience should be like; very professional and friendly, and very knowledgeable.I only wish they worked in every store i shopped in.

Have been there twice to get shoes for my son. Both times trying to get the sales associates attention was impossible, even though they weren't with other customers. It seemed like they were actively avoiding work. Then I tried calling to ask if they had a few specific styles in stock and in my son's size - they asked to place me on hold, and I said sure. They kept me on hold for over six minutes without checking in with me. They didn't press "hold" so I could hear they were in the store but not talking to another customer- just completely ignoring me. Worst customer service ever.
