I went to Children's place to purchase clothes for my grandson. I love Children's Place prices and their clothes consist of the greatest quality. I entered the store hearing very loud talk coming from the co-workers. They talked about everything under the sun and it was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I then looked around the store looking for the manager, but the manager seemed to be the ring leader. I could not believe that the manager was holding a conversation while she was ringing people up at the register. A customer in front of me was a little unhappy because of the stores return policy, that I also clearly must not have been informed about. The customer stormed out of the store clearly frustrated and upset that she couldn't return the items that she had, even though she had a receipt and the clothes still had tags on them. Instead of the manager being professional, she ridiculed the lady in front of her employees and the customers that were in the store. Then yelled at the lady "Bye"! I really thought I was being pranked. I could not believe that this level of unprofessionalism was taking place in a store and by the manager or supervisor of the store that should have known better. Children's Place has been out for years, but if this is the type of people we have to deal with upon shopping at their store, they should really put their employees through some sort of customer service etiquette training. I will not be going back to that store. Very sad! ~MZ
