The Quakerbridge Lawrence township Baskin Robbins/Dunkin’ Donuts is the filthiest ice cream and donut established that i have ever visited. The ice cream counter windows had smears and hand prints showing on alll windows, inside out. The freezer that held the ice cream appeared filthy. The store front windows were dirty too. The tables were unclean. I would not recommend his ice cream donut establishment to anyone.

Horrible portion size. This is the kid scoop I got, the lady in the store showed me a small scoop and mentioned that is kid size, where does the scoop matter, I thought cup only matters.

Understaffed and disorganized. I ordered a custom cake ordered online to be picked up during regular business hours and there was no one working the counter when I arrived. The staff at the attached Dunkin Donuts counter tried to help me but had no idea what I was talking about. They had to call the woman who normally works the Baskin Robbins counter on the phone and she had to direct them to the cake in the back fridge. The cake itself was poorly/sloppily frosted and looked nothing like the photo online even though it was their own design. Luckily, the recipient had a good sense of humor but I would never order another custom cake here again.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered birthday cake for my son and the day I was supposed to pick up, the store closed. Store manager Heena was not apologetic for ruining someone’s birthday and offered to give me a free donut. Really???? I am going to complain to better business bureau as well. Please be aware before getting anything from them. Here is a picture stating the store is open till 10pm. I was there exactly at 7:55 but they decided to close early and never cared to notify the order that was supposed to be picked up. She refused to issue a refund and like said before asked me to pick up cake a day after party and give me a free donut.

Google really needs to make a ZERO star option because even giving one is too generous. What a terrible store and experience. We came in looking for ice cream sundaes which are clearly on the stores menu when you walk in. We waited in line for over 30 minutes and once we came to place our order the staff tells us they don’t have any of the ingredients for a sundae (cherries, hot fudge, almonds) aside from whipped cream. Fine, we figured we can just get a topping with the ice cream. When I ask what toppings are available from a list of 10+ they have on a sign, he tells me has 2 (m&ms and sprinkles). So, we settle for just single scoops of ice cream. Then, on top of everything else, when we start eating our ice cream, we realized he never cleaned the scoop in between filling cups. My nephews strawberry ice cream had cookie pieces in it and my coffee ice cream had strawberry in it. Management seriously needs to sort this store out. It is terribly run.

My daughter wanted a unicorn ice cream cake for her birthday party which we were having on June 29 th, I placed the order by calling at there location Wednesday 26th , the girl at the store who took order confirmed , took details for the cake , message for the cake etc and my credit card and confirmed the order. I asked if I will get an email for confirmation, she said no but she will leave the details on paper and I only need to come and pick it on29 th. On 29 th when I called for checking if the cake is ready and I can pick the store person said there is no order . I was shocked and surprised and confused like what happened. The store person said the order was not placed and I said but I was not notified of any such thing . The girl over the phone said that on Wed the person who took order called me multiple times to let me know, when I checked there were 2 missed calls from a number which I could never think of in relation to BR. There was no voice mail or a text message. The person in store directed me to Mr Dhaval who was probably the manager and he kept on arguing that it was because we could not be reached but the fact was they only called with no message or VM and how in the world would I know who is calling me given every now and then there are scam calls and it’s expected that BR will leave a VM for such an important context. Mr Dhaval asked us to choose in store and said that he will talk to the person in store and brief him about the option, apparently he never called his staff, we realized this when we reached an hour before our party still trying to figure out how to get the cake. I am frustrated with the responsiveness of the store, the staff who took the order and never bothers to call Back again or even leave a VM. It was a mess Up at the last end and we were running to find something close to unicorn theme, landed up buying an ice cream Cake from BR and staff was good to add unicorn decorations. Really zero rating and irresponsible behavior for the staff who took order and the manager who kept defending this response. Overall I won’t order from this store anymore primarily bad customer service .

The guy who is working in this place was very rude. The guy at the register pretended he didn't understand my order and kept saying 'uh? Huh?', as if my English was not understandable. He almost threw the latte that I ordered at me. I saw that the same guy was not that rude to the previous customer, so I had no idea why he was so rude to me. Was that because I am an Asian girl? I will never go this place again.

Most of the time they have all 24 diffrent kind of icecream in their icecream cabinet .if someone don't get they want than put wrong review. Lot of people coming with their T moblie tuesday apps coupon & they wants to use all coupon in a same trasaction & want everything for free if employees says you can't than the customers put negative reviews that the lady working there is very rude. Almost 2 baskin robbins store closed nearby & this is the only 1 store left in town if the owner think to close the location than we have to drive 15 miles for another baskin robbins location . So please stop doing this negative reviews so please stop doing this crazy sh.xxxxx
