After having a terrible experience at a different location in the Quaker Bridge mall and despite having to wait 45 minutes to be attended too, our sales rep Andrew turned everything around. One of the worst stores I visited. Representative are very rude here. Don’t respect customers and don’t have any knowledge how to replace a sim card. Will never visit for any kind of service from this store. They just sit and talk to customer as they don’t care.

I am so happy I was referred to this AT&T store. I was so frustrated with At &T at South Brunswick for no one was able to help me since December talking to loyalty department and 8 other that put me on hold for 5 1/2 hours one day and the next day must have called eight times and no one could not cancel my order! Finally my husband called a lawyer and referred us to this location in Lawrenceville NJ-27 the manager Eduardo Ocasio looked us up in the computer and explained everything to us including that we have old Apple iPhones es which will be discontinued service in February No one in South Brunswick store told us this. We also told him my husband served in military and they never added this everything they told us was diff from the bill which we were very upset. But with Eduardo knowledge and skills and his 2 great knowledgeable assistants Aj and Dom ‘who were very patient and caringI and went over this we understood what they were giving us. Since December 18 we had no answer from the first situation I was in tears all the time because no one wanted to listen to me but this team did and I thank you and your awesome assistants for explaining and caring about your customers.😊. Brendan was the Customer Rep and he was excellent from start to finish in explaining the different promotions and packages. We are new customers and we really appreciate his patience and his extensive knowledge in the whole process. All of the staff are very friendly.
