Don’t run your return policy by me, I clearly do not work there. If I’m past the 90 days, handle it accordingly. I also find it absolutely ridiculous that you need a telephone and email and a “stash account” in order to get store credit or a gift card. Horrible experience to say the least

Zumiez needs to only allow genuine skaters to work there, honestly if you've ever even played a skateboarding video game you'd have more skateboarding knowledge than any of their employees

The service was good. I went in to buy shoes and instead of giving me size 7 in women’s, they gave me a size 7.5 in men’s which is a size 8.5 in women’s. I’m not sure if the associate misheard or he accidentally gave me the wrong size, but I should have checked before paying. I hope they are able to exchange it.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went into this store to shop with my kids. The vulgarity from the music blaring throughout the store made me walk out without making a purchase. That kind of music doesn't belong in a public mall store.
