I have made a huge mistake and wish to fix it. I ordered a plant from another florist named, Essex Florist, that was the one that did not make the delivery. I apologize to the owner of the business, and am trying to rectify my error

I ordered a plant for my daughters birthday, and it was not delivered. The delivery person called and the man taking the order took down the wrong address. I corrected the address and gave directions. I learned later that evening , she did not get them.

This Flower SHOP, Don't get any Stars From me. I ordered a corsage for a Prom. I specifically told them what I wanted. Red Roses and I picked out a white ribbon with a gold trim. I did not receive that. My sister picked it up for me when I saw the picture of it I was disappointed. It had red carnation and some kind of light greenish color ribbon. Do they listen at all NO. I called back to let them know. The Lady was unprofessional, she showed no concern , and she repeatedly came off as RUDE to me. I will never buy anything else from this Flower Shop. Bad Customer Service 👎....... .

Placed an online order for mothers day hoping they would get there by mothers day . We didnt get the flowers on mothers day called them that monday was advised they would not be shipping flowers untill tuesday and they were out of the chocolates i paid for they will refund me the money for the chocolates very dissapointing. I will not be going back to them or recommending this florist to anyone we were exspecting the flowers to be there on mothers day not two days later

I have purchased several floral arrangements for my wife recently and they have been just beautiful. She had an arrangement in the hospital that lasted for at least a week. I just got her a few roses for Valentines Day and they are gorgeous. The buds were perfect and they are opening perfectly round and beautiful. The addition of some baby's breath really adds to the vase. They obviously purchase top quality flowers for them to last the way they do.I would recommend using them for any of your floral needs!

We live out of the area and needed a florist for funeral flowers. Essex Florist did an excellent job. The flowers were beautiful and so many compliments. We highly recommend this establishment.

Ordered a carnation urn arrangement for a celebration of life. Went and picked up the arrangement today, Saturday (celebration is tomorrow) and the arrangement is how we ordered it. We asked for blue flowers to be added and there were no blue flowers at all. The person said we never asked for blue flowers to be added but I know we did because that was her favorite color. So we paid almost $70 for an arrangement that is not how we wanted. Will never come here for our floral needs again. Now I know why people in the area say don't go here.

Definitely not impressed with this grocery store bouquet. The communication was terrible all I asked for was a simple pink bouquet for my table and got some old school mix matched assorted for $40 when it looks like I paid 12$ . No thanks . In response : bottom line is I needed some flowers for my table. The First Lady was pleasant she tried but the flowers were still grocery store flowers and the second lady was not as pleasant and personable. I kept the flowers because the 1st lady was nice and said she wasn’t getting much in this time around. I don’t have to like them that’s why it’s called a review.

If I could give less then one star I would sent flowers to be dried and almost 3 mos went by before we were able to get them returned to us had a appointment to pick them up was told we’d have to come back another date to get them wasn’t pleased with the company’s professionalism and wouldn’t recommend anyone use them to dry flowers my experience with them was horrible to put it politely these were off my sons fathers casket very unacceptable work if u ask me
