1st time and last time there. Came in for simple replacement charger for my phone. Out of the 3 associates only 1 spoke to me when I came in. She was assisting another customer and said she would check to see if there was a charger for my phone. I was there a total of 20 mins and never came back to check with me. The customer service needs improvement. Ended up going in to Amazon to get it.

Edwin, Tmobile associate, was very pleasant, professional, and well versed in the services and products. He listened carefully (which is a rare find these days) and found solutions to each issue. He was very pleasant and his genuine interest in ensuring my issue was resolved was refreshing. T mobile has a gem of an employee and I hope he is recognized for his stellar customer service.

The staff needs to be trained well. They are not sure how to solve the problem quickly and often have to talk with the customer support on the call to resolve the issue. It took me 30 mins just to return the trade-in phone. One of the staff member was just holding and didn’t talk for 20 mins.

Reps walking out in the middle of helping a customer because and I quote, "I got off at 4:30 its now 6" A response he only gave because the customer asked as he was leaving, where was he going. The wait time, information given and customer services skills need to be worked on. Joshua waited on me a week ago and when I returned yesterday he immediately checked on each of us waiting with a smile and assurance that someone would be right with us.....so I give Joshua FIVE STARS!

Poor customer service... As I walked up to the store I could see three employees looking very happy and joking around. Once I walked in two of them immediately went into the back room. The sales associate that greeted me commented, "My coworkers thought you were going to make us work. Haha" Interesting... While shopping, two other customers came in, but the other employees stayed in the back for a while. My rep had to stop my transaction to get up and tell them there were customers waiting. During my transaction, my rep kept checking Uber on his personal phone and what should've been a quick 2 minute checkout was a slow and impersonal 5-6 minutes. Also, very loud music being played from personal phones. Just an unwelcoming environment as a customer.

If I could give them zero stars I would, first when I got there my sales person didn't know the promotions like she should have and then I wanted the Z -fold and was told that “I couldn't afford it” and they were so confused about this process to the point I had to request assistance from the store manager and he was no help because he couldn't tell me why I was told that “I can't afford” the Z-Fold especially since no one knows how much money I had to put down and they never asked they just kept trying to give me the phones that they wanted to give me or the ones that would give them the best commission but that wasn't what I came in asking for, so at this point I settled for the Iphone 12. After this the transaction took place I received a bill from T-Mobile that was for $200 and I couldn't understand why yet after reviewing my bill I notice that this company committed FRAUD on my account ( Thank God I pay attention to my bills closely ) they put 2 other lines on my account that I did not authorize them to so this had me at 3 lines they also had me on the wrong plan. It's clear to see that T-Mobile committed FRAUD to boost their sales and the rep's commission and hopes that the customer wouldn't notice but I'm not that customer. I'm requesting that someone from corporate contact me because if no one contacts me to rectify this situation I'm going to take legal action against this company because they are wrong on so many levels. All I can say is for everyone to please watch your bill from T-Mobile and don't go to the one in Westview in Catonsville.

Employees and manager are seemingly helpful but only to their own selectivity. I noticed there was the typical "know it all" type. (15+ year customer)I came in to get my SIM card unblocked, as this is the 1st time this has happened in awhile. In the past I have known for the company to have a sequence of buttons that you press simultaneously and then unlock it. The store representatives told me that I needed a PUK code and that I would not be able to get inside because I have locked myself out and that all customer service or technical support would do is tell me to replace the SIM card. (Why would you provide it if I cannot use it?)After staying about 45 minutes in the store and on the phone with representatives who also were not that knowledgeable/helpful, I left the store and I am now posting this message on Google with the same SIM card that I came in the store with because the technical support representative that I called on an alternative line handled the call in less than minutes! Furthermore, my issue with the store was that they tried to quietly replace my SIM card without letting me know. Good thing I was paying attention as I have contacts and other information manually stored on my SIM card. I would not have been able to get this information back and that would have been bad for business. They need to ask more questions or make sure they are really working for the customer because when I let them know that I did not want to replace my SIM card they started to turn into the "know it all" types and tell me that was my only option and facial expressions were changed. Nobody was ever mean or rude though. .#Tmobile

This was my worst experience in a phone store. Walked in to get more clarity on why my fully paid for phone was not able to be remotely unlock.. For the rep was sending me back to all the process that made me visit the store in the first instance. He didn't even check any information or review the issue to see if he could help..... visit date 10/12/20
