Never I going to get guacamole from this place I pay almost $3 dólar for sides guacamole but was badly tested like if they make like 3 weeks ago also the rice not cooked right. I put in the trash the guacamole.

Look I didn't want to leave a review as I don't normally want to complain online but when you call the number provided for the La Plata location you can't even get through to a real person. I ordered two different meals online. Both were supposed to have meat. Mine actually had extra in it. I get home and both meals have LITTLE TO NO MEAT. Mine had absolutely none. I paid for extra meat. Very disappointed with this experience. The being unable to speak to a live person is my biggest irritation with the whole thing honestly.

This is not the first time my order was wrong. And you can't get in contact with customer service thru the phone number. They clearly put the wrong persons food in my bag. Absolutely ridiculous, I paid $23 for this thru doordash and I then had to leave my house to get it fixed. I changed my star rating only bc when I went the employees immediately wanted to help. But I should of been able to speak with a person for customer service instead of coming back out. The employees were very friendly and apologetic in person but u guys need to have a customer service line with actual people and not the automated answering machine that doesn't do anything. Updated. 7/6. Again they messed up my doordash order.

Amazing customer service they exceeded my expectations they went above and beyond! I usually go to the waldorf location because it is closer to me but I will no longer be going there. From now on I'll be coming here! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, my order was perfect, and they were patient when I asked questions! The food didn't look old and everything was delicious!

I ordered through the chipotle app. VERY DISAPPOINTED. To start things off, there was ZERO rice in my bowl. I ordered double chicken. I got 1 portion of chicken. I ordered NO beans and somehow got double beans and also peppers, which I didn’t ask for. The entire bowl was basically a soup. The amount of water from the beans leaked through the bottom of the bowl and I couldn’t even bring myself to finish eating it. I usually don’t have these problems with chipotle but after today, I must say I’m very disappointed in their urge to please their customers.

Never ever order from this Chipotle online. I ordered 2 bowls with double chicken and it looks like they didn't even give me a whole scoop. When I tried to call they wouldn't answer the phone.
