I give it 0 stars if it was possible. I swear this bank is the worstttttt. Always long wait times and slow moving lines. there could be 2 people in line and I'm still waiting 20+ minutes for my turn. Bankers are having whole conversations with customers, being friendly is one thing, keeping a whole conversation going is totally another. I know because yes I am totally listening because this happens all the time. They never have enough bankers ! Managers should be able to step in and open a window to help relieve the long lines but they just stand and stare. I live 5 minutes away, that's why I go here. But I started driving to the one in Torrance . That one is worth the drive, I recommend the Torrance branch. Go there, you'll be pleased. To the owner, don't bother replying to me or anyone else. Youuuuu should rather spend your time fixing things at the bank. Rather then reading and replying to reviews and not fixing anything.

I've gone so many times to pull out money from inside the banks ATM for both my father and husband. I am not on the account but 8 have always been able to.but today I had a question and spoke to teller Nancy she was rude and didn't even have a mask on and advised me not to pull out money because there's cameras. If I was able to put zero stars I would. Ever going in that bank again.

Your cleaning “man” has an awful and disrespectful attitude! That’s the last straw for me with this bank. Fire him or you’ll lose more customers. Oh, did I mention he wasn’t wearing a face mask against Covid-19 when he went outside?

Worst customers service ever! They don't know they are doing. So I have direct deposit and I was denied my overdraft withdrawal. They told me they can't authorize it because I dont have no funds to withdraw the amount I need. I asked them what is the difference withdrawing money outside the bank (atm) and still getting the overdraft fee comparing to the atm inside and requesting more money and they could give me a straight answer. Im going back to original bank at Bell they know to take care of they people there. Pathetic branch! And dont get me started with the parking

Let me start by saying I just switched here from bank of America and I already like it more here. The line and the customer service were really good. I came a little after lunch so there was quite a line though. Next time ill come earlier.

I love this branch. The staff is very friendly and they love helping people. Every time I am experiencing a problem they take the time to help fix my problem, ease my mind, offering suggestions & advice with a huge smile. They're amazing. Shout out to the teller who took the time to help me cash out some checks yesterday to get the money I needed to make an $1180.00 cashiers check to send my child of Sato Academy of Mathematics & Science on a school trip to China. I'm sorry I didn't write your name down but you know who you are. Thanks a bunch!

Yeah right, the previous reviews must come from someone who works there. The service here is the absolute worst and completely condescending. They must think because of the clientele they work with, that must equal "uneducated". Wells Fargo itself is a terrible entity, but this branch alone made me run to a credit union! Support credit unions...they're all nonprofits.

Easily the worst banking experience I've ever had, they had me wait to speak with a business manager for 10 minutes, then came over to let me know they weren't at work. Asked me to wait for the assistant branch manager...waisted more of my time before just turning me away.

Very friendly staff and patient. They are good about helping you as soon as you walk in. The parking lot is very small. Since this bank is always busy so is the parking. If you are in a rush try another bank.

I have been coming in to this Wells Fargo branch for over two years now, and it has been a very pleasant experience. The customer service is outstanding. I have been served by multiple employees here over the past two years. Dulce, Sean , yovanni, Isabel, and Helen have been some of the most memorable people in this bank. Reyna also helped me change my saving account to something more beneficial to my saving strategy. Jillian has always been a pleasure to do business with also. Well managed location highly recommend.
