Anyone who would employ a self serving disgusting disgrace to the Wilmington community, is not worthy to in trust money too! I will urge all of my family and friends who have accounts at family federal credit union to remove there money ASAP because there is no accountability or loyalty to the community. when the harbor commissioner and CEO of family federal credit union Luica Moreno-Lunares Was quoted said when appointment from the Mayor in Daily Breeze: "You can’t leave behind those people who depend on the port for their livelihoods,” SHE SOLD OUT and showed how two faced she really is. She didn’t fight or support family! Disgrace to Wilmington. No one should do business with a financial institution that could employ someone with no integrity ~April

I give it 0 stars if it was possible. I swear this bank is the worstttttt. Always long wait times and slow moving lines. there could be 2 people in line and I'm still waiting 20+ minutes for my turn. Bankers are having whole conversations with customers, being friendly is one thing, keeping a whole conversation going is totally another. I know because yes I am totally listening because this happens all the time. They never have enough bankers ! Managers should be able to step in and open a window to help relieve the long lines but they just stand and stare. I live 5 minutes away, that's why I go here. But I started driving to the one in Torrance . That one is worth the drive, I recommend the Torrance branch. Go there, you'll be pleased. To the owner, don't bother replying to me or anyone else. Youuuuu should rather spend your time fixing things at the bank. Rather then reading and replying to reviews and not fixing anything. ~Jo

WALK IN THERE AROUND 3 AND THERE'S NO TELLERS ON THE WINDOW THE ONLY ONE IS ON BREAK.HAD A CHECK AND NEED TO CASH (I HAVE A ACCOUNT WIYH THEM) TELLER TELLS ME I CANT CASH THE CHECK BECAUSE IS NOT FROM THIS BANK I NEED TO GO TO CHASE IF I WANTED TO BE CASH I CAN ONLY DEPOSIT CHECK ...SO I HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND GET THE MONEY.
