Bad Customer Service. Don’t terminate your U-Haul here. The guy will reject your truck since it’s not one of his own trucks and he’ll tell you to go somewhere else. He saw my reservation to drop off and he said he had no space since he only has space for his own local trucks. He could’ve at least called in advance. Wasted miles and gas so I can get to another location just to drop off.
