They are very slow around this time every time I've been (I've only been twice and I've only been around this time). The first time I went, I was in the drive-through for a solid 20-25 mins. I know cause I was on a meeting the whole time. This time, I didn't want that to happen again so I placed a mobile order and went inside. I still waited about 10-12 minutes but that's a long time for what's supposed to be "fast food". I think they are under-staffed.

The manager Nellie is the worst. All she does is yell at her employees. She doesn't care if there are customers in there. She is very rude. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills and managerial skills. Now I need to give 5 stars to the assistant manager Cindy. She is awesome. She needs to be the GM. She is the true definition of customer service.

Person on speaker kept asking if I was ready after I said to give me a minute. Fries were not filled up, Drink was perfect

Not one single time have I gone here and gotten my order correct the first or second time. This time, I had to get them to fix the mess ups, but after I got to my deatination I tried to eat my fries. They tasted re-fried. This is the WORST McDonald's Ive ever been to. EVER. Actually, the worst restaurant Ive ever been too. I do not make much money, so when I'm paying 12 bucks for 1 meal, I would expect the food to be edible. At the very least.

Drive through service is better/faster than the nearby chick fil a. 99 cent iced coffee is decent. Really only get coffee and breakfast sandwiches there.

Pretty decent for the food was fresh. Sad thing was the cashier didn't speak English and had trouble answering my question about the caramel frappe. I just took what I got and left but wondering if there's a reason why somebody was behind the counter working with the public and not know how to speak English?

There is an outstanding, young man in this McDonald's. We always put down our youth. But this young man, was extremely kind, professional and just absolutely presented the best customer service repor that I have ever encountered. I do not know his name but he is very tall, thin gentleman. He was so impressive to watch him operate the front line and handle filling the orders. There was a county employee present and he spoke of the masterfully impressive ease that this young man performed his task. You should be saluted for the great representation that you displayed. You never know the angels that you come in contact with. I recently lost my mother in law. I was feeling a little blue, but you put hope in my heart. May GOD continue to bless you sir. Oh and the food was really good too.

What can I say? I start ordering at the drive through. The screen turns off. I wait until it's restarted, but by then I can't hear nor be heard. (14 minutes). I decide to go in since the kids are hangry. I order, wait.... cue some more waiting. 19 minutes later, we finally get 2 happy meals. I've never had to wait 35 minutes for a Happy Meal. I mean... come on now!

McDonald's....what IS this?! I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and I got a bagel with one ripped piece of bacon and two pieces of cold cheese. Horrific. I just fail to understand how anyone making a sandwich would think yeah, this looks appetizing. Yet another McDonald's fail on the books. Thanks for nothing McDonald's. Keep up the stellar work!
