The manager Nellie is the worst. All she does is yell at her employees. She doesn't care if there are customers in there. She is very rude. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills and managerial skills. Now I need to give 5 stars to the assistant manager Cindy. She is awesome. She needs to be the GM.
