The manager Nellie is the worst. All she does is yell at her employees. She doesn't care if there are customers in there. She is very rude. She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills and managerial skills. Now I need to give 5 stars to the assistant manager Cindy. She is awesome. She needs to be the GM. She is the true definition of customer service. ~Ailene

Never I going to get guacamole from this place I pay almost $3 dólar for sides guacamole but was badly tested like if they make like 3 weeks ago also the rice not cooked right. I put in the trash the guacamole. ~Chapin

Today is Sunday July 31 2022. My self and others were at the family Dollar store in laplata at 10:15 am. The doors were locked despite us knocking Noone came to unlock the door. The hrs in the store window says Sunday 8am til 9pm. This is so unprofessional. I took a pic of the door to make sure there were no notes on it. ~Robbin

Buyers beware, the store cashiers steal your paid merchandise. Stopped by this location in LaPlata, MD and got home to realize my 4 packs of Turles candies was not in my bag. I called the store to inform manager Yvette who appeared to be carefree and did not resolve my issue. ~Casey

Target has been remodeled over the past year and is looking great inside. They have some great deals on snack foods but at times you'll do better going next door to Safeway. (Safeway has more house brands.) You can't beat Target for getting your imagination flowing for projects, diversions, and decorating though! During the pandemic, the store profited from online shopping orders. Expect to see that kind of service expanding going forward. They continue to face staff shortages. Teens report enjoying working here as compared to Safeway because it pays better and offers more structure and training. Having a Target was a good selling point for us when we moved to La Plata. ~Life
