Yesterday, I scheduled my sons’ and husband’s appointments for their flu vaccinations beginning at 5:10. They arrived, checked in, and were not seen until close to 7. The explanation given was that the pharmacist must fill prescriptions and administer the vaccinations and because they do this based on when people arrive they don’t abide by appointment times. We accepted that answer and moved on. Well, fast forward to my appointment today which was scheduled for 4:10. I arrive around 3:40 because of the guidance given the day before. I sat and waited and the pharmacist began calling people that came 30-40 minutes AFTER me. At 5:10 I still hadn’t been seen and they were taking a family that came approximately 30 minutes after me. I saw them check in while I was sitting and waiting to be called they called this family instead. So either they go by appointments or they just do what they want to do in any case this is unsatisfactory. I just ended up canceling my appointment and I’ll get it elsewhere but this is a giant disappointment and a mega waste of valuable time. ~Jessica

ZERO STAR!! This is probably the 5th order between me and my girlfriend we’ve gotten in the last 2 weeks and they have gotten every single one wrong from the coffee being made wrong to the food taking 10-15 minutes to cook and then being cold when fresh out the drive through window have also gotten a couple meals with plastic still on the cheese from this location it is very poorly managed day and night take to long to get anything in a timely manner and again nothing is ever right save your time and money and go somewhere else because this Dunkin is far from satisfactory stay away. Very sad to see considering I know the owner and personally dealt him when he had come to a establishment I’ve worked in the past and he expected perfect service but can’t even provide even decent services at his establishments should say a lot about this location. ~Trip

The new store manager Mike was ultra attentive to my questions and took care of every detail, down to cleaning my phone, inserting it into me newly purchased case and making sure I had all my other purchases bagged and in hand before I leaving. He also invited me to return to confirm everything has been transferred from one device to the other before trade in of the old device. I’m walking away confident that if I have any trouble at all Mike or his team will be happy to take care of me. ~LXGIC

I dropped of a disposable camera over a month ago and no call. So I go into store to see what's going on. The guy behind counter was busy on his cellphone so I had to wait for him to finish. Then he tells me they aren't ready yet that they will call. I explained time frame & he said yeah they busy. Now 2 weeks later I'm trying to call instead of waisting time driving up there and nobody will answer phone!! Do not use these people at all cost. ~AMP
