DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED—Update/Edit to Original Review: my wife and I returned to the store two days later as agreed upon with Mike and Tony (see below). When we returned to retrieve the phones and accessories as scheduled, Mike seemed as if he did not even remember who we were!(?) Received a bit of a cold-shoulder…it was really weird. The outstanding customer service we received two days prior was very different from the service we received when we returned. ALSO, once we received our first bill it was riddled with all kinds of errors and extra fees. We were being charged for a plan we did not agree to; we did not receive the military discount, and there were all kinds of mystery charges in the bill we would have been stuck with had we not looked more carefully. Bottom line: check and double check your bill; remember salesman are really not out for your best interest; they are out to make a profit and benefit themselves. Original Review: Mike & Tony were an outstandingly incredible help for my wife and I. Where it seemed our purchase was not going to work (military, recently returned from Japan after six years); they went above and beyond to find a way. Now all six members of our family have phones, protective cases, chargers, at a more than reasonable price each month!!! Highly recommend Air-Time Wireless in La Plata, MD!!!

Mike helped me with my phone problem where the text icon was not showing I had messages. He tried several things and was persistent and kept on until it was completely fixed. He was very knowledgeable and knew different ways to possibly fix the problem. It wax hreat.

The new store manager Mike was ultra attentive to my questions and took care of every detail, down to cleaning my phone, inserting it into me newly purchased case and making sure I had all my other purchases bagged and in hand before I leaving. He also invited me to return to confirm everything has been transferred from one device to the other before trade in of the old device. I’m walking away confident that if I have any trouble at all Mike or his team will be happy to take care of me.

Great customer service. LJ was awesome. He gave me a great deal on new iPhone and accessories. And even reviewed my current plan and found I could get a great savings that offers me more. LJ was so patient with all my questions and concerns and spent a considerable amount of time helping me with everything. He was so pleasant and great sense of humor. Awesome customer service.
