Husband and I went in at 10am with no wait. Both in and out in 15 minutes. Technician was very helpful and patient and made me comfortable and relaxed.

There was barely any wait at the time we went (11am) The woman who took my son’s blood (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely professional and friendly. She made the procedure quick and as pain free as possible with a toddler and went above and beyond to comfort him and give him stickers. Obviously there are many factors that could make your visit good or bad but our personal experience was fantastic thanks to the phlebotomist who helped us

I agree that it might not be the most welcoming environment, but I got in fairly quickly with my appointment and the actual medical collection was pain-free which really is what is important to me!

The worst experience ever! The front desk manager, Payoa was extremely rude and was intentionally offensive which everybody in the waiting room notice. Do not go there!

Terrible experience. My boyfriend went for a drug test. He has a small bladder and asked to use the restroom when he arrived over 15 minutes early. The woman laughed at him and told him no. She then went back and laughed with her coworker and said “he’s here for a drug test and wants to use the bathroom!” We would have understood a no, but there was no reason for the rudeness or the laughter at our ignorance.

Got routine blood work done and the person drawing my blood ripped my vein. This is totally unacceptable as I have never had this happen!

Make sure you schedule an appointment, cuz it seems if you don’t you may be there a while. But I was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I was apprehensive about going to this location because of the numerous detrimental reviews I had read, but had no problem. If possible make an appointment on-line beforehand as these get priority. Check in is by means of a 'tablet/kiosk' where your driver's license is required for ID purposes (so have this available & not have to fumble through your wallet as I did)! Time in waiting room no more than 15 minutes. (Again, make an appointment). Time waiting in the clinic room about 5 mins. Staff is NOT rude, as has been previously stated, but not overly friendly either. No greetings, no smiles, few words, strictly business but got the job done in a timely manner which is what's important.

I called ahead of time to ask about something before I went in and had a to leave a voicemail since no one picked up. No one called back. When i did go in the lady at the front desk could not be bothered to talk to me about why i was in and asked me to check in when there was no need to. Complete lack of professionalism. Never going back to this Labcrop branch again.

Scheduled an appointment Through the online service. I was able to check in and wait in my car and then I was going to get the text when my appointment was ready. After 15 minutes I didn’t get the text so I went inside had to sign in and wait 10 more minutes to go up to the counter for the girl to tell me their system is down. So not only can they not do my test but somehow they can’t even notify me (in any way!) that my appointment is canceled - I find it hard to believe . It’s just bad service or they are seriously behind in technology and they shouldnt be in business anymore.
