This is the third time I have gone to this LabCorp in Hampstead. Each time the lab technician has jabbed the needle into my arm. There should be very little pain. There is a correct way to do it, obviously she doesn't know how to do it. I thought I would give them another chance today. Not again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Labcorp!! The receptionist and phlebotomist were very pleasant and helpful! It's usually hard for people to find a vein on me. But the phlebotomist Laura Blizzard did an amazing job finding a vein quickly and was very very pleasant!! Highly recommend this location!!

I am giving one star because I have to and because the phlebotomist, Brittany, was professional, efficient and gentle. This site did not feel Covid-19 safe. You have to pass within 2 feet of other patients just to check in at the kiosk and again when you provide your information to the receptionist. The waiting area has chairs just a couple of feet from the check in window, so everyone checking in has to get close to anyone waiting. I believe, the site was over capacity, although the receptionist suggested it was not. Capacity is 5 people, if 2 people are at the check in kiosk or standing by the waiting area, I think they are part of the count. The receptionist was not concerned about Covid-19 best practices and was, at best, terse and dismissive when I brought my concerns to her attention. I would not recommend using this site unless there are major changes made to implement Covid-19 best practices. As it was today, it felt unsafe. Update 3/29/22: I decided to give LabCorp another try. My experience was far more better than the last. The setup is still uncomfortably close, but it was not crowded and the employees were very pleasant. If you can go when there aren't crowds, it may be ok.

The Phlebotomist didn't seem to care for the patient's comfort. The needle was inserted and removed in a careless way (at an odd angle as well). This resulted in a lot of pain and discomfort during and after the procedure along with a large bruise. Was by far the worst blood drawing experience I have ever had.

I've used this location numerous times and will continue to do so because it's fast, easy and the staff is always professional and friendly. I feel comfortable and confident here because my lab work is processed and submitted accurately and every blood draw has been quick and painless!

I'm sharing a horrible experience at Hampstead Lab Corp for my Mom. After an extremely long wait while the Phlebotomist asked 50 questions to the front staff, I finally got blood drawn only to wake up with a giant HEMATOMA where the blood was drawn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

It is impossible to speak to a LabCorp staff person to verify if a blood work order has been received from the doctor's office!!!!!! Phone numbers given are automated. Patients want to speak to a REAL staff person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place should be shut down for inaccuracies and no customer service. The internet states opening until 5pm. I arrived at 430 and on the door it states closing at 4.30. Door was still open and the lady greeted me very unfriendly by "we are closed" I told her that the internet states 5pm. The answer was"I do not do the internet" I tried to explain that only wanted to drop off specimen with the prescription as to what the lab was to do. I visited this place 2 months ago and they were unable to find the prescription in their system. This office gives a very poor image on Labcorp and should be closed or restaffed.

Second time drs office next door sent paperwork and Labcorp lost them. Appointment for 11:15, blood drawn finally done at 12:25. So much for minimizing exposure to covid.p

I check in on line which is nice, but some of the older people cannot figure out how to work the check in computer and people who work there dont care or help them. Also everytime I've been here I come out bruised where there jam the needles in.
