It's really slow they don't care how much hours you set out side because I sign at 8 am morning even they don't have 10 people but I walk out 9:15 because she set inside I ask her how often she call she didn't give me answer she have really bad altitude sad.

2 stars because the phlebotomists are friendly and effecient. If the review was based on the front desk staff, I would give zero. Every. Single. Time. They are rude, short, nasty, and absolutely cannot be bothered with any form of customer service or assistance. You are interrupting their socail hour and gossip sessions and it really upsets them when you ask for help. If i didnt HAVE to go here because of my insurance, I wouldnt. They are hands down, the worst.

Worst place ever.. I'm assuming they've lost my specimen because my doctor or myself has yet to get the results. In addition to being the initial order my doctor requested the results and instead of blood work they sent information they had no business sharing. Already talked to guest relations and they were no help (go figure) so I'm on appt #3 now ive had to reschedule and will just have to go somewhere else thats capable of doing whats right

Have used this lab for my blood work several times a year over at least 5 yrs. I have not had any problem with their service at any time. Once in awhile the computer is not working right and causes some delays.

Went to get bloodwork that my doctor ordered and sent me here. The one lady was rude and rolling her eye's while she talked to me because apparently they don't do the test ordered. Will never visit this location again and wouldn't recommend it either. Some people should be trained on how to speak to others...
