The staff were so nice and friendly. I had an issue with my insurance and they called a few times and sorted it out and told me what it was. The optometrist was patient and answered all of my questions. I also asked to be fitted for contacts which I was not looking forward to. It wasn't going great but she was patient with me throughout the whole process, didn't rush me, and offered tips on how to get used to applying contacts. I would recommend them.

I recently read the Google reviews and initially I was afraid to give this place a try. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The team is absolutely amazing. The doctor gave me the best eye exam I've ever had and was the first person to tell me that I have dry eyes. The artificial tears he suggested really helped a lot to keep my contacts from drying my eyes out. Dynasti and Byron bold helped me decide on my current frames and I love them. I will definitely be back and I will be sure to tell my family and friends.

The doctor is very nice and helpful. He was very patient and made sure to answer all my questions. Unfortunately the staff is very unprofessional. I ordered a pair of glasses and they sat down through the whole process with me, however the order strangely did not go through, so it appeared as if I didn’t order anything. When I went in again to try to resolve the problem, the front desk lady clearly did not care about fixing the problem. I was asked to find another pair of glasses and do it again, but they did not offer an apology or bother explaining why this happened in the first place. It felt like a waste of time, so I will just go get a pair of glasses somewhere else to save the trouble of this happening again. When I told the lady about what happened and how I was going to go somewhere else, she simply said “have a good one,” and clearly did not care or show interest in the issue . This is very annoying and inconvenient, so I would give this place a one star, since I can’t give zero.

Staff is nice. Parking is terrible as 1/3 of the spaces are for curbside pickup and empty at 1:30 on a Friday. 4 weeks after ordering glasses, finally called and they came in after 10 days. Said they sent a text, never received. While I was picking them up, I got both a phone call and email saying they were ready to be picked up. Not great customer service.

I enjoy my visits. The staff are friendly and patient; the optometrist is thorough and friendly- not rushed, not impersonal. Each staff member was on-top of their tasks. The frame selection is copious. The store is clean, bright and spacious. The staff member that processed my lens order was amazing - especially since I needed to sort through a series of options that weren’t making sense to me. I’m very relieved to have found an optometrist close to home for my annual eye exam and glasses.

My visit here yesterday was downright pleasant! The staff was well organized and had all my information pulled from the online portal in advance. I was seen on time, the exam process moved refreshingly quickly while also being comprehensive and thorough. Steve helped me pick and order my glasses and contacts. He was kind, fun, and extremely knowledgeable in terms of understanding and helping me maximize my insurance plan benefits and different rebate options. They even made me a delicious cup of coffee! This is a good place.

I went in last week to get an eye exam and pick out a new pair of glasses. This was on a Saturday and they were very busy, but the Store manager, Tracey was amazing. She didn't make me feel rushed and kept checking in on me until everything was finished. The doctor and staff were great and the prices seemed fair. I will definitely go back the this location in the future.

Doctor was fine, but i had the most unprofessional experience with the administrative staff. 1) they subbmitted my claim to some other insurance, not mine, and because of that charged me money for exam. Later returned it, but i had to spend time trying to fix it. 2) they gave me a prescription for glasses for someone else! Fact that i didn't even notice at first, because i never seen one before and didn't need to do glasses right away, so didn't look at it. I am definitely not going there again.

On my second visit, Dr. Burnett (principal doctor there) kept me waiting an hour, then acted as if I and her assistant should immediately drop what we were doing (picking out frames). The next encounter had me waiting 3 months (yes you read right) for my prescription sunglasses. Granted, I would have had the glasses after a month and a half, except the lab did not use sunglass lenses; they used clear lenses. When I got my reading glasses, they do not spend time fitting the frames to my face. I had to ask. When I had to be re-examined, Dr. Burnett said "you sure have a lot of problems". My only problem was not finding another optometrist sooner. The office manager is great, and some of the staff. But bad leadership is sinking this ship.
