They take Eye Med insurance but not EyeMed discount. I made a mistake last time and it cost $600.. Recently I got inexpensive replacement for broken frames Discounts for AAA and AARP.. Excellent Optometrist.

Hello, I’ve been a foreyes customer for a large portion of my life. The service has always been at least standard to good quality. I’d like to point out a couple pf employees that have raised the bar in customer service to an all time high for me. Brianda and Erika have helped me get the BEST deal imaginable for my contacts (which are quite expensive and unavailable at many eye doctors) by being fully aware of their in-store deals and how they could be applied to such an extensive order. This has helped me save a large percent on this years lenses and is the kind of service that will keep me a loyal customer and will come back hoping to see these wonderful employees again! Truly grateful to For Eyes, at the Gaithersburg MD branch, I can affirm that it has been a different treatment and different from the treatment we received at the Germantown MD branch, managed by Mr. Javier and from whom we received the mistreatment and bad experience I want to mention that Mr. Mugheerq Shaid, who is a worker at that branch, tried to help us as much as he could, but since he obeyed the manager's orders, he could not do more and always apologized. I also want to express all my gratitude to the For Eyes Branch in Gaithersburg MD and especially to Ms. Brianda Reyes who received us in an exceptional way together with her manager Karla Figeroa and AT LAST WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM that had been going on for months without wanting to solve it and today they solved us in a period of approximately 1 hour ALL MY GRATITUDE TO YOU, this is the treatment that I had been waiting for from the For Eyes company, I also want to make a special mention to Ms. Mary beal who is the regional manager of the company and he was the one who rushed to give us a prompt solution, immensely all my gratitude for this FOR EYES WORK STAFF IN THE GAITHERSBURG MD BRANCH, surely as of today they have gained a new client, Blessings and thanks again for being exceptional people in good customer service.

Highly recommend! They get you in and out, with what you need, and for a good price. Despite coming in without the right prescription, Brianda and Lindsey both helped me to get a nice pair of glasses, with a supply of contacts for a discounted price. They even made sure to get my order shipped to my college to save my sister the trouble of shipping them for me. They know what they’re doing and will make sure you leave satisfied!

My experience with For Eyes was GREAT. I was super indecisive about certain things but Brianda went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. Not only did she provide excellent customer service but she took her time to make sure I felt comfortable with my decisions, gave me great input and explained everything to me thoroughly even while she was juggling multiple things at once! I will definitely be recommending For Eyes and Brianda to my family/friends!!!!
