I was debating between 2 or 3 stars all because of customer service. Great place to shop with a wonderful variety but cashier James doesn’t need to be in customer service. He doesn’t know how to speak to his customers and was rude the entire time. Someone needs to speak with him.

Clean, fresh, well supplied are the initial words that I would use to initially describe the store. However that is nothing compared to the professional & personable manners of the staff.

Wonderful staff and very professional. I'm saying this because, I was at this giant and there is a international lady who always needs help and the staff go beyond to help her because she don't understand English and can' work the lottery machine. Keep up the great work Muddy branch giant , you guys rock like gold!

It's a chain of large food stores. Pretty good selection of products. The one I use most is in Rockville Md. Most of the people I interact with at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are about the same as the competition.

I went in the mid morning so it wasn't too busy. As with everywhere, there weren't a lot of frozen food options but to be fair, workers are constantly putting inventory out. I skipped self checkout and went with a cashier who was welcoming and friendly. Then I went to customer service and got what I needed there immediately and the person working there was also friendly.

A grocery store that has a variety of fruits, vegetables, food items, flowers, etc. I would highly recommend this location. I have visited often while visiting family that lives near by and it’s always clean and offers great customer service. Just be careful with their weekly specials, make sure to read the fine print to not get charged full price.

Me and my mother usually comes to this Giant and have no issues. But, to day unfortunately at 01/14/22 at 10:14 p.m.. we were checking out, in the self check out. I notice, the cashier who was Caucasian was staring a hole at me and my mother, as if we were stealing, it just didn't make sense she saw us ringing up are items, paying for the items, and obtaining are receipt and still staring, very scary. I never experienced this before, but there is a first for everything, just totally idiotic behavior, very unprofessional and disturbing. I really will have to think twice of shopping at this location again, just crazy!.

This is a really great location 👍. Great place to grocery shop. Plenty of outdoor parking. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well stocked considering the shortages happening in all the stores of late. Just miss finding Utz No Salt potato chips.😕

I’ve only visited once, but it was as expected. The store was clean, and there was a large variety. We went pretty early, so there weren’t many others in the store except for workers. We did have to wait a little because there was only 1 cashier and no one to help with issues in self checkout. Other than that, we were in and out and found almost all of what we needed.
