I have good experiences with Giant. No matter where I find them they have always been consistent in size, offerings customer service and layout. This particular store was a first since they had a full service PNC teller, that was rather pleasant.

The staff is always friendly. The store is pretty well-stocked, there's laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap. They just get ridiculously busy and it's the worst.

I am new to this giant, just moved closer to this one vs muddy branch . The store often has a foul smell. But, it seems to always be in stock with the items I use. Especially the salad bar being open is a plus. I couldn’t find lasagna noodles about 3 weeks ago. Searched everywhere, This giant had them. Hey would give 5 stars but the customer service is horrible. Especially the lady with the dread locks she is mean and very rude to the point that If and needed something from her I would not approach her again. Her attitude is as if she is mad at the world! I dealt with her on Valentine’s Day. And I told her rude she was. I wasn’t going to report her to upper management. I just told her, your attitude sucks !

Store is usually never too crowded but not for the lack of business but usually my time spent in store is pretty short. Staff could be a little more attentive to customers when you need assistance & the lot offers charging stations for cars who need them.

A full scale grocery store with Pharmacy, Bakery, Flower shop, Dairy items, fresh vegetables, Cosmetics, Deli items. A very clean and well maintained store. The staff here is friendly and caring. Do visit this store for all the daily needs.

Need a corsage? Look no further. Stop to see Roshani in the Flower Shop - she will take care of your request with a smile. Needed a last minute corsage for the same day. She had it ready in less than 4 hours and it was beautiful. I also saw another one she made that day. Both pics posted here. The flowers here sell constantly, are always fresh, and well priced. Corsage was reasonably priced and tasteful.

The grocery isn't in best area but It has large selection and good mix of organic and regular staples. Good prices. Pretty much can find everything here (pre-pandemic) only thing Giant does bad is steak. For that Safeway.

Parking lot is clean, employees are helpful. Store is clean and you can get in and out quickly despite this location being on the smaller side of chain. Can't give a giant 5 stars there prices are questionable at times.
