I've been introduced to this location using Uber Eats and...YES! The meals have been on point. I recently ordered from another location and...WOMP! I will continue to go out of my way for this location for the time being.

I asked for lots of extra sauce (pretty please) in the special instructions and this Pizza Hut location always does it. That request seems to be ignored at most pizza places, when ordering. We appreciate you!

Until recently, the deliveries from our local pizza hut was sporadic at best. The meals arrived luke warm or even cold at times and the toppings were really sparse. Recently, however, there has been improvement in delivery and nice tasty hot warm pizzas have been delivered like we used to get at our local pizza hut restaurants. The toppings have been more to our liking and the ingredients seem to have much better flavor. If they continue to keep up the good work then I will surely recommend this Pizza Hut to others.

The order took over an hour and the both the pizza and wings were cold and hard. It was difficult for my kids to even eat. Very disappointed that I paid for this.

Easy to use on the app. Confident since I have ordered at this location previously. Order offered in store and out of store pick up options (I chose the former). Order was ready within the time promised.

The pizza and breadsticks taste decent. But I cannot believe that they gave us raw chicken. The best they can do is a $15 credit for the next time. Very disgusting.

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT ORDER from them. Literally ordered a delivery at 11:36am 1:35pm no pizza. I live less than 2 miles away. We tried calling several times to cancel with no answer. I had to drive there to cancel the order. I drove there to cancel since my mother was recovering from surgery and needed rest. I canceled in person and explained twice not to have anyone show up since she would be resting. I return home and 15 minutes later they are ringing to doorbell with my order. This isn't the first time. A month ago it took an hour and half to get the delivery and again they wouldn't answer the phone. I thought it was a one time occurrence but it obviously isn't. I have been ordering from them for over 5 years with no issues. Things changed about 12 months ago.

Never again will I ever order from Pizza Hut. What awful service. I ordered my pizza online at 12:42pm and 37 mins later at 1:19pm I received a text that my pizza was out for delivery. I called the store prior to getting the text and miraculously got someone who barely spoke English tell me that my pizza was ready and going to be delivered soon. Then the guy hung up on me while I was talking. 44mins later our pizza was delivered. We live 8 mins away from the Pizza Hut. How does a less than 10 mins drive take 44mins??? I called the store several times and got no answer from the physical store. I spoke to a manager at customer service and he told me there was nothing he could do that I had to deal with the store directly. I drove to the store and talked to the only guy working there (same guy who hung up on me). His apology was disingenuous at best. He said all he could do was give me a $15 credit for my next online order. What?! That does nothing to help the fact that I spent $50 to receive the worst service. Pizza Hut better listen up. This store has ruined my faith in Pizza Hut forever. I strongly suggest this guy lose his franchise before he ruins Pizza Hut’s overall sales.
