I give it 5 stars for a Pizza Hut/chain pizza restaurant. Obviously, if you want an artesian pizza, you probably won't be happy, but you also won't get a large 3-topping for $10. The food is good and the staff, in my experience, is polite and professional. They are, like everyone else right now, a bit short-staffed during busy times, but even going when only one young guy was working, he managed to stay pleasant and accurate while taking telephone orders, greeting customers, and making the food himself. I was even more surprised when that day, I had the best pizza I've ever had here. The only advice I have is that the owner reach out to dissatisfied customers with more than a standard form message. They are not going to change their review unless you make things right for them.

We were waiting for half an hour for Pizza Hut to pick up the line because we were left on hold but as we entered the restaurant the woman working there said they couldn’t take our order and we had to place it online because they were “busy” even though they weren’t doing anything. We have been waiting for so long and they told us it would just be a minute until they picked up again but it clearly was a lie. But what really boiled my blood was that they did not let me order in the store. I will never return to this Pizza Hut ever again they do not even care about their customers. 1 out of 5 stars.

Worst place ever! Under staffed and closes online and phone orders whenever they want. Very poorly managed and I’m surprised they are still in business. I hate ordering from here…food is piss poor and the customer service is trash! I would try other places in the area before here. Only does in store orders after 3pm because they don’t want orders just a FYI

The curbside service was just great. It was the pizza that was VERY disappointing, particularly the crust. The dough was soft and very bready -- it basically tasted like a piece of bread with stuff on top. It was definitely not "hand tossed"! There was almost no sauce or cheese.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza with extra sauce. Got home, sat down to eat and the pizza has absolutely ZERO sauce. Extremely disappointed and will never be returning to this pizza hut. *Update* Called and spoke with the manager who apologized and offered to remake the pizza and deliver it. I'm too far from the store for that but he refunded my money and apologized several times. I may visit this restaurant again.

I placed an order for delivery and when I got the order, I could tell it wasn't hot anymore. There was no point in them even having it in the insulated bag. When I opened the box of pizza, it wasn't even warm. It tasted ok but I've had better experiences before. The cinnamon sticks were completely undone as you can see in the picture. It looked like someone just put cinnamon on some bread, boxed it and gave it to me. I don't think I will be returning to this location.

I would recommend turning on a few more lights in the building. I was unsure if I had arrived at the wrong location because all the lights aside from the kitchen were off.

I pick up a pizza today half ham, whole pepperoni. My pizza has a total of 70% cheese 40% toppings. It's like eating sauce and breadsticks. I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut unless you have no other options. I ate two bites and have almost nothing left. There isn't really any hut flavor on the bread either. $7.99 was a waste!!! I could have brought a $5 pizza from Little Caesar's and made out much better. I wasn't expecting an amazing pizza, but a pizza with at least cheese would have been nice.🤔🙄🙄
