Experience today 6.14.22 at 5:30 pm was terrible. The “manager” refused to exchange a product that was sold as a wireless controller but was clearly marked as a wired controller on the controller itself. Truthfully, I bought it at the beginning of April but we didn’t have a need to use it until this weekend. After the obstinance was so arrogantly displayed I contacted customer service and was told the store has the discretion to help me or not help. I went back in and asked again and was told she had called her district manager and the district manager “had the same belief”. I asked to speak with the district manager but was told “she is on a conference call”. You can work with good people at this location and others that won’t try to control your Destiny, but this woman had no intention of helping me.. Happily there is one lady “H” that is great to work with at this location. The Ill-mannered young woman, “managers”, is hopefully not training anyone. First bad review ever given.

I’ve tried to come here twice in the past week and both times they’ve had a “be back soon” sign on their door. Today the sign said “be back in 15 minutes”. Without any idea of when this sign was placed, how am I meant to know when it had been 15 minutes? If your hours say 12-8, you should have the door unlocked.

Nick was super helpful earlier, I asked him for a certain copy of an older 360 ncaa game because my wife ruined it and he not only was happy to look it up initially but also called me back when he did find a copy but unfortunately it was for the ps3, I appreciate that nick took the time to look further for me even when he didn’t have to.
