Mavis Tires & Brakes

I had a fantastic experience, from the tires getting there on time from scheduling online all the way to them pulling my car up to the front for me. I had bought new wheels and worked with me through all the little weird specifications of the wheels. Ted was able to work around my low car and get everything sorted. Through this whole experience they continued talking to me and allowing me to look at my car. Phenomenal service and will most definitely return and recommend. ~Noah

Choe's HapKiDo Martial Arts and Kickboxing Braselton, Buford, Flowery Branch

From day one communication has been great. We were unsure if our daughter would like martial arts, but in the past she had been a bit scared of new activities. Instructors made it comfortable and enjoyable, and by the end of her first class she absolutely wanted to come back. I did a good amount of research prior to signing her up, and know we made the right decision joining Choe’s Hapkido Family. ~Julian

Jazzercise Braselton

I have been doing jazzercise for 8 months now, and it's changed my life. I was a college athlete, and aside from the rigorous training I did during that time in my life, nothing has gotten me as physically fit as jazzercise has done! It's not your Grandma's exercise program, that's for sure! With super-fun and current songs, strength routines, and interval-training, I feel like I have a different class every time. Give it a shot - it's worth it. ~Mandy

Game Stop

Experience today 6.14.22 at 5:30 pm was terrible. The “manager” refused to exchange a product that was sold as a wireless controller but was clearly marked as a wired controller on the controller itself. Truthfully, I bought it at the beginning of April but we didn’t have a need to use it until this weekend. After the obstinance was so arrogantly displayed I contacted customer service and was told the store has the discretion to help me or not help. I went back in and asked again and was told she had called her district manager and the district manager “had the same belief”. I asked to speak with the district manager but was told “she is on a conference call”. You can work with good people at this location and others that won’t try to control your Destiny, but this woman had no intention of helping me.. Happily there is one lady “H” that is great to work with at this location. The Ill-mannered young woman, “managers”, is hopefully not training anyone. First bad review ever given. ~David

Target

Well I went to look at bathing suites on Tuesday and I had my wallet on my wrist in which. I really thought someone took it because, I thought if I dropped it. I would find out by the bathing suits. Well on Wednesday night loss prevention called me and she took the time and watch the camera at the time, I said and found it. At this point Yes I already cancelled everything and got a new licence but my cash was still in there. I offered to give her a small reward and she declined. Also David at customer service was amazing. Thank you for your help you all a God blessing! The only thing I did have to wait day before she was able to check. So that's the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars. However customer service is 5stars ! ~Terri

T-Mobile

I'd give this store 10 stars if I could. I'm visiting the area from out of state and my phone stopped allowing me to insert any charge plug into the charge port on the phone. I saw on Google that this location was a repair center so I immediately took it over there. Eric (customer service) looked at the phone and couldn't see anything stuck in the charger port but he took it over to Ben (repair tech) to have a closer look at it. While Ben was checking it out, Eric verified that they would be able to replace the phone under warranty if it couldn't be repaired. Just as he finished the verification, Ben told us that he had found the problem and was able to fix it. It turns out that there was a tiny fragment of metal from a charge plug that had broken off inside the port. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Thanks Eric and Ben! ~Matt

Publix Super Market at Village Shops of Flowery Branch

I’ve never seen a more inept and complicated process to pickup a sub in my life. What is the point of Online Order if you don’t have the sub prepared and ready to go by the pickup time? If you are not staffed or lack the organizational capabilities to facilitate online orders while simultaneously helping in store customers then stop offering that service. I made my order at 1045 for pickup at 1130. I finally got my sub at 1150. We also didn’t appreciate that the deli workers got upset that we were frustrated the subs were not ready and accused us of “making the mistake” by setting the pickup for the wrong store. I could understand giving me an attitude if I was mean or confrontational but all I did was explain I made an order for pickup and I don’t understand why it’s not available at my pickup time. For management I would suggest you train your employees to be less hostile when they make a mistake and also train them to multitask orders. If ten people are in line but you have two online orders that have specific pickup windows you shouldn’t prioritize ALL of the in store customers. It’s a bad experience for your online customers who are just as important. Thanks ~Alex
