Awful customer service! It's 3:57pm and they close at 6pm but yet I'm at the door & they are only helping the customers inside and no one else. And they could care less that we just need something SUPER simple! They were SO rude and unapologetic! As if it's MY fault they are closing 2 hours early for NO reason. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! Never will I come back to this store again!

I'd give this store 10 stars if I could. I'm visiting the area from out of state and my phone stopped allowing me to insert any charge plug into the charge port on the phone. I saw on Google that this location was a repair center so I immediately took it over there. Eric (customer service) looked at the phone and couldn't see anything stuck in the charger port but he took it over to Ben (repair tech) to have a closer look at it. While Ben was checking it out, Eric verified that they would be able to replace the phone under warranty if it couldn't be repaired. Just as he finished the verification, Ben told us that he had found the problem and was able to fix it. It turns out that there was a tiny fragment of metal from a charge plug that had broken off inside the port. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Thanks Eric and Ben!

i went to this locations yesterday very nervous over my phone being broken and felt helpless, but Jorge and his manager Johnny Gomez helped me out tremendously. Jorge was very patient over the almost 3 hours it took to get me situated. i switched over to sprint back in late 2019 or early 2020 and have never experience a single problem. i would recommend this location to anyone who needs assistance.

Called T-Mobile customer service on the phone because I upgraded to a new phone but my apps would not load after three days. After over an hour on the phone with them, they still could not solve the issue. I decided to go to a T-mobile store. Went to the Flowery branch location. Rudy greeted me and said that he would be right with me after he checked in other customers. He came back within ten minutes and asked how he could help. I told him the issue and how Apple tech support on the phone told me it can take up to three days for apps to load. I knew that was not true. Rudy took my phone, logged me out of something in settings then logged me back in and the apps immediately began to load. After 20 minutes all my apps were loaded and working. Rudy knew exactly what to do and solved my issue quickly. Once all my apps were loaded, Johnny walked over and asked if everything went ok and if the phone was working correctly. I said yes. He thanked me for coming by and said if I need anything else, you know where to come now. I walked out the store a very happy guy thanks to the quick diagnosis and problem solving from both Rudy and Johnny. All I wanted was a working phone and they got it working correctly. I will drive anywhere for great customer service so from now on I will make the trip to this store and only this store. Thanks guys for knowing exactly what to do and not taking all day to do it! You are the Best!

Truly a great staff at this store! It's Black Friday & they were organized, I only had a short wait. DeAndre troubleshooted a couple issues on my phone with ease & fixed it. All the associates were smiling, & eager to help. A great experience, will make this my go-to store....other locations are not as knowledgeable or friendly. Hats off to Spouts Spring store. Keep up the good work.
