Guys fixed my sensors in my wheels . Have to change review now ..seems tim only cares to upsale you instead of plug a tire lol he more concerned getting you a price for tires then to even see if he can plug the nail..well i went home and plugged it myself guess tim needs to go to tire school. Or maybe charge more for the patch so he can help people get back on the road ..never once did i get a price to plug it but spent 10 minutes trying to find a price for a tire that only needed a patch .just to update now.. the nail did not even penetrate through so it was harmless ..thank god i did not go with tims recommendations. But tim did make it easy for me to choose a diffrent tire store ..thanks

I visited Mavis Discount Tire in Oakwood, GA for the first time today. Tim, the gentleman behind the counter was delightful & his knowledge of the business was very impressive. I went in for tire rotation and alignment. The mechanic, also very nice, gave me paper images of before & after the alignment which was very informative. I am very happy with the work performed & I will definitely be a return customer!

I have had many experiences with Mavis all have been wonderful but this Mavis in flower branch has helped me out a lot blew a tire and with my warranty got a brand new one for 60 bucks wonderful service. Tim does excellent job with customer service and giving a welcome feeling. 5 of 5 stars.

Amazing all around service, from air put in my tires without me having to get out of my car to self serve, to me bringing my daughters Mercedes Benz in with a tire issue , took the tire off inspected, found a crack in the rim, put the tire back on because did not want to leave car out over the weekend, air put in tire to make it to destination. Had to bring tire back in my vehicle a month later and the service was still amazing, even when I did not use there services a month prior and was not charged handled it as though I was a ppaying custome, all complimentary service with a smile and a diagnostic along with a good conversation with Charles D and other workers. Service is great here and even if there is a mix up or whatever they take responsibility and handle you still with great care and professionalism. Thank you for awesome service and continue to deliver the same to every customer! Kim

The Mavis team went above and beyond my expectations. This was the best experience with any automotive shop that I've had in the past. I took my vehicle in for a brake job and there were multiple brake lines that needed replacing as well. I brought in my own parts but they said return them and they would get the same parts cheaper, and they did. Win! One of the brake lines was not in stock anywhere so they went above and beyond by hunting one down. Their prices are unbelievably low compared to most other shops. The staff there is transparent and communicates everything that is happening with constant phone calls. The nicest staff you'll find, period. They really hooked it up. I highly recommend this shop!

Had my car towed in with 2 flat tires today. Needed my car back to get my daughter to the Daddy/Daughter dance. The guys took great care of me and got me back on the road ASAP. I always bring my vehicle here. The guys have a great personalities and are awesome people!

James was 100% Class and top of the line service provider. We had an unfortunate experience at a different shop stopped in here and everything was A+ first Class from start to finish. Even Delivered my truck back to my location 20 minutes away since I have a very busy schedule. Communication is key in the service industry and I was informed every step of the way. If you want an honest and informed quote that will not change, work completed properly and on time, and absolute integrity ask for James. Also had the pleasure of working with the manager Paul who is also a problem solver and a man of his word. They have earned my business without question moving forward. Thanks to the whole crew!!!

I went to Walmart and other tire shops shopping around for just one new tire. All of them seemed a little expensive or needed an appointment so eventually I ended up at Mavis. I really felt like their customer service was incredibly genuine and Charles took care of me this morning. He said he would take a look at the tire and would make sure it was just something he could patch instead of replacing the tire. Sure enough it was just a small hole that he could patch up. He took care of it really quick despite them being pretty busy for a Saturday morning and sent me on my way. Less than an hour. Definitely coming back!!

I had a fantastic experience, from the tires getting there on time from scheduling online all the way to them pulling my car up to the front for me. I had bought new wheels and worked with me through all the little weird specifications of the wheels. Ted was able to work around my low car and get everything sorted. Through this whole experience they continued talking to me and allowing me to look at my car. Phenomenal service and will most definitely return and recommend.
