This Publix has the friendliest and most helpful staff. We shop here at least once a week and every time we are greeted by courteous employees who always ask how they can assist us. Super impressed!

I absolutely love our Publix pharmacy. Probably the best I've ever had. They are kind, personal, thorough, helpful, just great people to work with.

This is like every other Publix in existence. You're there because it's better than Walmart have food quality because the veggies are already rotting but it's also not as pretentious and pricey as Whole Foods. Keep it up publix!

I've been going to this store since I was three years old, maybe even younger. I've seen this amazing grocery store turn into what seems like the new Atlanta. You can't go ten feet without bumping into someone, the parking lot is always stacked, and this is regardless of what time you get here. But hey, you can't fault them for having too many customers because that's just business. But then there's the deli. My Lord the deli. The sweet, amazing deli where I have gotten too much food from to even imagine. What happened? People who cut in line get priority over those who wait, workers standing around for long periods of time, running out of chicken (how does a deli run out of meat?), and cross contamination of sandwich toppings. Just today someone jumped in front of me while I was waiting for a sandwich and "Bought all the chicken", despite there clearly being more chicken on display. This store has fallen to the same quality as a bad Wal-Mart. Expect it's more expensive to buy stuff here than at Wal-Mart. The only real reason to come here is their deli but it is truly horrendous. Shout out to the group of managers who do nothing aside from stand in a little group near the entrance by the way, you guys should be fired.

Publix is like the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores, but this store is particularly friendly. But if you don't know about Publix and the tax you pay for a more pleasant experience, don't go there for otc medicine, most things are 2 or 3 times more than they would be at any other grocery store. You see the difference in a stretched thin underpaid Walmart employee and a well fed, fairly compensated Publix employee.

I’ve never seen a more inept and complicated process to pickup a sub in my life. What is the point of Online Order if you don’t have the sub prepared and ready to go by the pickup time? If you are not staffed or lack the organizational capabilities to facilitate online orders while simultaneously helping in store customers then stop offering that service. I made my order at 1045 for pickup at 1130. I finally got my sub at 1150. We also didn’t appreciate that the deli workers got upset that we were frustrated the subs were not ready and accused us of “making the mistake” by setting the pickup for the wrong store. I could understand giving me an attitude if I was mean or confrontational but all I did was explain I made an order for pickup and I don’t understand why it’s not available at my pickup time. For management I would suggest you train your employees to be less hostile when they make a mistake and also train them to multitask orders. If ten people are in line but you have two online orders that have specific pickup windows you shouldn’t prioritize ALL of the in store customers. It’s a bad experience for your online customers who are just as important. Thanks

I moved closer to a different Publix but still make the drive up to this location. My wife and I absolutely love this Publix. Even the pharmacist are amazing *UPDATE 08/06/2022* Look how organized this is

Management of Deli is the worst I've ever seen. We were just in there thought we'd pick up some chicken for dinner real quick what a joke told 15.30 minutes later. Employees rarely greet you stand around and talk to each other not even acknowledging your there.
