Honestly the worse pharmacy in the area. They take forever and a day, are not sure what they have. Ask you if you need something and then don’t give it to you when you respond yes. worse pharmacy experience to date. Gave them a real try but their consistency to fail us has us going elsewhere.

Only one person checking out with a line of 15-20 people. Absolutely ridiculous. The drive thru is closed too. So sick people exposing others because they want everyone to come in. Again, ridiculous.

They never answer the phone for myself or my doctors, which made it impossible for my insulin to be called in. I had to call it in to another pharmacy and won’t be going back to this one. Not to mention, most of the employees there have terrible attitudes and are incredibly rude.

My daughters doctor sent an antibiotic for her to start immediately at 145pm I went to the pharmacy 20-25 mins later (shame on me but I was across the street and needed to get my kiddos from school in LC) they said oooh maybe 30 mins .... Needless to say they texted me it was ready at 345!! What's the point of having the ability to get electronic script if they're NOT going to fill them right away?! Children antibiotics literally slap a label on the bottle and add water!! (No counting) they don't even add the water until you're there to pick up in case you decide not to pick up the medicine it's not ruined plus most need to be refrigerated....so 2 hours to add a label?! They done this before when my son needed meds from urgent care... Thinking I need to switch

If I could give them a zero I would. My husband had a heart attack and we went their on a Thursday after leaving the hospital to get his meds. The young lady said the scrip was called in but they were out of his meds till Monday. She was down right rude to us. After getting upset they gave us a few pills and told us to come back Monday for the rest. Now a month later I called to see if my husband's refill was ready and they said we could pick it up at 5. My husband went to pick it up and they said I never called. Now it's Thursday and they are saying it won't be ready till Monday again. They told my husband they don't have the meds to fill the scrip. They told me they need pre authorization. Two different stories. Switching to Rite Aid in Waterville. Never doing grocery shopping their again. They Can't fill a scrip for bp med then they don't need any of my business. I love my husband these needs is what is keeping him alive.
