Went for a Covid test. Asked if it would be covered by insurance and was assured it would be fully covered. I did not enter the building. I spoke only with nurses who came to my car and had me perform my own test. Was not told about what appears to be a 'new patient fee' on the bill. I do not recommend.

Don't use them! Terrible experience with the billing department. Six months after the service, we received a bill from the collection. I called the billing, told me that they billed the insurance and got denied because the name/ date of birth did not match. They told me to contact my insurance to fix it. I called the insurance, the fact was they had not received a bill from them at all, not under any of our family members. I called the billing department again, they insisted it was not their fault. They had sent 4 bills to us before to the collection. We had not received anything from them until the collection bill. I requested them to send to insurance and put the collection on hold. They said they could not contact the collection. I called the collection and told them the bill is invalid. I would not recommend them at all after this experience!
