Great staff! Both of the ladies that helped me today were so kind and addressed all of my concerns. They were patient and did not rush me. The place was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them!

Do. Not. Even. Waste. Your. Time. The people who run the clinic constantly lie they are booked up. However, if you sit there waiting for an opening, no one comes in, and they are just sitting in a room doing nothing. I don't know how this place stays in business. Do better.

ARPN Stephanie White was efficient, friendly, and just awesome. I came in with a bad dog bite close to closing time, they could have easily told me closed, go to the ER. Instead, they stayed and were thorough in the treatment. She irrigated the wound, gave her contact info if things got worse, and provided great care and instructions. I am so glad I went here after a terrible incident I was still emotionally shocked from.

Quite possibly the worst customer service of any business in the country. Taylor was rude and inexcusable. The Beechmont Little Clinic would be better off just closing if they're going to treat people like trash for trying to get a Covid19 test done.

Been waiting for over 2 hours to see the nurse practitioner. keep getting pushed back in line because of people who have appointments, really? Aren't appointments for doctors offices? Not urgent care! If you know you need medical services schedule with your own doctor not at an urgent care!!!

When I signed in, it said “0” minutes wait time; however, after thirty plus minutes of waiting, no other patients coming in or out and the nurse practitioner doing who knows what, I asked when I was going to be seen. The front desk person does a “history” which is then repeated when the NP guy finally comes in. I was there for 45 minutes to get an antibiotic. And given, he barely looked at my throat or listened to my chest, I hope that it’s the right one.

I liked the doctor she was friendly and professional. She helped me with my issue. A good way to find the wait times is online. Amelia location had a 3 hour wait, Anderson had a 13 minute wait so I went to Anderson. It’ll save you frustration and hassle.

I called earlier in the day and was scheduled for a 6 pm appointment. Upon arrival, my appointment was nowhere to be found despite my call log, and extensive knowledge of the conversation I had with the scheduler. The staff there simply said scheduling was handled by a call center and there was nothing they could do to fit me in. My condition was simple but needed prompt attention and my experience there was AWFUL

Don't waste your time here. Nurse practitioner needs to be replaced. Was told it just needs time. Take ibuprofen and water and you may feel better in 3-5 days. If it doesn't show up on a test she cant fix the problem. Never again.

Went in for my normal sinus infection/ bronchitis that hits me every year. Told the nurse practitioner that I have ended up with pneumonia a few times previously and require stronger antibiotics. Was prescribed the same antibiotic I had been on six months previously and did not improve. I did advise her that I had been on that very same antibiotic six months prior and it would probably not work. Telephoned after a week of no improvement and was told I would have to come in again to be seen. I advised them I needed the stronger antibiotic as advised when I had been seen. They refused to give me a stronger antibiotic. My best advice is to go somewhere else if you are not able to get in to your primary care physician as this was a complete waste of money and an additional week of feeling terrible.
