I’d like to give a big recognition to a great young man who is always very helpful anytime I’m in there and is always going outta his way to help me and is also always very polite and professional. Hard working guy and very great positive attitude with a smile on his face. He usually works at the service desk and I believe his name is Jeff. ~Joanne

Wow, to all the one star reviews I just have to say that you are not the only person who gets prescriptions filled or needs to talk to the pharmacist on the phone or has insurance who changes policy midway through getting a rx. Also to people who left 1 star reviews during the last 18 months, IT WAS DURING THE PEAK OF THE PANDEMIC MORONS. Kevin is a great pharmacist and just like every place else people are being hired as fast as the apply. Stop acting so self entitled. ~Jeff

Always an absolute nightmare picking up Rx from here. It’s always something. Every single time. I wait forever in the drive through (if it’s open), they’ll tell me it’s ready when it’s not, then the pick up process takes 15 minutes, etc etc. Read the other reviews, seems like a common issue with everyone. Time for Kroger to take a serious look at this pharmacy and staff. ~Katie

I had a scheduled appointment for a DOT Physical at 9am. These people call me ONE HOUR before the appointment and tell me that they don't have a certified person for DOT physicals! She sounded like she didn't care at all. Why do you guys confirm appointments if you don't have a certified person for that??? That was a serious waste of my time - that was my only day in Cincinnati, and I came specially to visit the clinic. Shame on you, guys. You're not the clinic, you're a fake. Completely unprofessional. ~D

Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I have even received phone calls the following day to check on the status of recovery. It’s my number 1 go to when going all way to my PC dr is inconvenient. ~Cat

Great staff! Both of the ladies that helped me today were so kind and addressed all of my concerns. They were patient and did not rush me. The place was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them! ~Amber
