Very rude staff and wait times ridiculous (both in the drive thru and inside the store). Switched my prescriptions to CVS and have had nothing but fantastic experiences.

Apparently Kroger Anderson pharmacy has been giving me acetaminophen ( generic Tylenol) for my Norco (Hydrocodone & Acetaminophen) for the past few months. Based on my urine tests by doctors it had happened at least 6 of them last 18 months. Check any medication markings against your paper work for prescriptions filled by this pharmacy

Wow, to all the one star reviews I just have to say that you are not the only person who gets prescriptions filled or needs to talk to the pharmacist on the phone or has insurance who changes policy midway through getting a rx. Also to people who left 1 star reviews during the last 18 months, IT WAS DURING THE PEAK OF THE PANDEMIC MORONS. Kevin is a great pharmacist and just like every place else people are being hired as fast as the apply. Stop acting so self entitled.

Just got done reading the other reviews. It looks like this is turning into a trend for this pharmacy as a whole... Do you guys not pick up the phone or are all of you deaf? Been on the phone trying to contact a pharmacist and only been listening to a ringing tone. Currently ringing for 20 minutes. That's a pretty pathetic response time especially if you don't even tell the customer to hold.

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to call it like I see it. I have had one bad experience after another at this pharmacy. The majority of the time I get treated well but then there are times the tech acts like he would rather be doing anything other than his job. They interrupt you when you are trying to ask a question or provide information. I have had prescriptions for 90 days filled twice within a two week period way more than just once. I have three prescriptions that will last me a year!!! Now I have heard every excuse under the sun about a prescription that "did not come through" even though my physician sent it twice. He initially sent two prescriptions and one went through but the other didn't???? Seriously??? Totally infuriating. I chose this pharmacy for the convenience but I am of the opinion that I would drive ten miles out of my way if I could get better service! I understand they are very busy but come on people!

I am extremely disappointed with Kroger. Their grocery shopping experience is amazing, but their COVID vaccines fall way short of the bar. Without going into detail, I fall under the second half of the current vaccine phase that includes those with underlying medical issues and am classified as high risk. I’d been trying to find an appointment for a very long time, but I kept getting the same answer everywhere I looked - they’d reached their current allotment. I finally found an appointment with Kroger and practically jumped with joy. I followed the steps, booked my appointment and let the sigh of relief kick in. Within half an hour I got an email saying my appointment had been canceled. So, I called the pharmacy as I’m rather miffed at this point. The woman I spoke to asked me if I was 65 or older, and my response was no, I have the medical conditions that loop me into this phase. Her response was that they were only doing the age group. At this point I’m really upset. How can you only accept half the criteria for this phase? My heart literally doesn’t function correctly! She stated that they are opening enrollment to those with underlying medical conditions that Thursday (2 days from then) and I can register again then. My appointment was for the following Monday, after the enrollment for someone in my condition was supposed to be able to enroll. How does that possibly make sense? My appointment would’ve been during the time their twisted rules allowed me to get it! She said they have open appointments and cancellations all the time so I should be able to rebook easily. Well. It’s now enrollment day according to their rules and there are no appointments. Again.

Called pharmacy today to see if I could get prescriptions from another Kroger Pharmacy location transferred there because my dentist sent a prescription to Beechmont so I could get it on my lunch break. The employee was so rude. I asked the question first before giving my name. She said, "What's your date of birth? I don't even know who I'm talking to." Ok, so...ask me? Don't need the attitude. THEN I said I should have 3 prescriptions at the other pharmacy; she said, "Which 3? You gotta give me something here." Just ask me what my prescriptions are! Where is the animosity coming from? I hung up and called my pharmacy to see if I could just get the new prescription sent THERE instead so I don't have to deal with the god-awful customer service at Beechmont.

Just pure incompetence and terrible attitudes. Only filled 30 days of a 90 day script because they said my insurer would only cover a 30 day supply. Meanwhile, my insurer sends me a letter saying they WILL ONLY cover a 90 day supply. The tech was incredibly rude when I asked them to just fill the script the way my doctor sent it-- the tech thought they were doing me some kind of favor and was indignant when I suggested otherwise. Stay in your lane and count the pills friend-- do not take ownership of my health care.

This pharmacy is super busy, and customer service and accuracy have suffered as a result. My recommendation: Have your RXs filled at the Mt. Washington Kroger. It's still Kroger, just down the street, a LOT less busy, you won't feel as rushed/processed, and you can ask questions of the pharmacist who is more readily available. I've never waited more than 10 minutes in line at the Mt. Washington Kroger. This Kroger, though...up to 45 minutes just to pick up an RX.

This pharmacy really is terrible. I don’t know if they are horribly understaffed or if they just have extremely apathetic employees. Nearly every time we pick up a prescription we have some kind of issue. My husband’s refills keep getting sent to the Mariemont store. I requested refills of 3 prescriptions - all of which had refills available in the app to be picked up on a Friday. It is now mid day Sunday and 2 of the 3 have not been filled. I called to see what the issue was because this pharmacy never makes any effort to inform you if there is a problem filling a script and was told I had no refills and the doctor’s office needed to approve them. Both of my prescription bottles and my app say otherwise. I am now completely out of one of my prescriptions and when I requested a loner prescription until I can contact my doctor’s office they initially told me no because “you haven’t picked it up consistently”... a medication I take literally every single day. Right. Told them to look harder and was informed the refill prescriptions my doctor’s office previously called in expired but that can give me an advance on the meds I am out of. Now I get to call the doctor’s office Monday because the office never receives the requests from Kroger and rinse and repeat because Kroger is the only pharmacy we’re allowed to use with our insurance due to my husband working at the corporate office.
