I would’ve given for five stars but considering they didn’t even give me any napkins they were rushing me to go park somewhere for my food to come out to me and then my quarter pounder with cheese had nothing but cheese on it

Everything came out fresh and hot. My burger presentation was beautiful. Looked just like the commercials, tasted even better. Quick too. Ordered, went to the restroom, and when I returned, my order was ready for me. Thanks for the good experience.

They will almost always get your food wrong. Don't only check the bag, open the sandwich or whatever you order that's special and make sure your special requests are there. You'll always pay extra money for your special request but never get it. For example, a double filet is more expensive than a regular filet, but they'll only give you one patty. That's one example of not getting what you ask for. Honestly at this point we're all better off just making our own food at home 🤷🏽♀️ don't waste your money here.

This McDonald's is the worst in wayne County Everytime I come to this location the experience is terrible, the night manager is rude and in my opinion pure trash!! Just like the food they serve! When I ordered my food I asked them to make Everything fresh and they did the total opposite.everything I ordered was cold but the lady at the window who looked drunk told me that the fries just came out the grease and that Everything was fresh. This location was tore down and rebuilt but still have the same trash employees ! If You want to eat dog food this is the perfect location and if your looking for Quality this is not the place . This McDonald's deserves Donky of the Day.

Just very disappointed! I’ve been here about 12 times since it reopened. Easily 80% of the time order is wrong. Missing items, random tomatoes on double cheese burgers, nothing on a cheese burger, but meat and cheese, spongy and dry biscuits, greasy and flimsy fries, cold food, etc., and all with long waits. I’ve had them replace food only for them to mess up replacement. I understand bad days and being short handed, but that can’t be everyday! Do better. We are done though. Will drive by and go to the next McDs or do without.

A few of the huge things of the backstory when the history of me living in garden City my whole life and when they took down that McDonald's they took out the heart of the City and destroyed it. With all the cool artwork and everything that was in here. Now this McDonald's first of all false advertisers is being 24 hours they close at 3:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. maybe 5:00 a.m. if they say they're short staffed so don't expect just to go there and they'll be there. Also the manager is very happy about being the manager and likes to show her power by if you say anything to her she doesn't like she'll tell you to leave and you're not being served she'll sit there and argue with you at the window and embarrass you in front of people or try she actually told me that I need to zip my pants up when I walked into the store not traditionally something you're used to hearing but whatever. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs they'll get the food right but the attitude will also come with it that's a promise. I actually got to a point where she sent another employee out to fisticuff with me but I was a trained martial artist so it wouldn't have went well for the guy but anyway the point being do not go to this McDonald's I've been trying to get a hold of the owner and to no avail I hope the place gets infested and razed.

I will call corporate in the morning. This is ridiculous! Bottom bun saturated, wet from pickle juice! Over 30 pickles 1/2 cup of dehydrated onions 1 piece of burger. A 21.99 order for what? Onions and wet buns. Manager was unprofessional and told them I was calling corporate! Skip the McDonalds on Middlebelt & Ford Rd. Garden City, MI sign said dining open but was NOT. I EXPECT A REFUND....

Served us food that had an expiration date and time that was from 8 hours before our order. My husbands burger was red on the inside. Also, the expired pie was supposed to be blueberry. We arent sure what it was, honestly. Super gross!

I literally just had the worst experience EVER at a McDonald’s and will never be returning to this location even though it’s the closest to my house. I started to place my order and was promptly told in response that they did not have shakes or chicken nuggets. I ordered substitutes to replace the items I requested that they did not have and then had to wait...and wait...it took 40+ minutes until I got my food. Then when I got my food, the fries (all three orders of them) were cold, but the problems continued when I arrived home. I opened my chicken sandwich to find some sort of cheeseburger inside of a crispy chicken sandwich box. I’m frustrated, still hungry, and just wasted $23. NEVER will I go back to this store.
