NO👎! I had called to confirm my appointment with H&R Block at this location and what I needed to bring with me. Which was going to be digital. Amber was quite Rude! As I was asking her questions about my Tax process, she would just run me over by interrupting me multiple times with in moments of each question and not being clear on how to obtain certain investment documents. Since this was my first time filing with investments and obtaining documents, digitally. She was no help and unknowing in that way. I filled with another tax company instead. The filing was going to be quite simple, and they wanted an obscene price for it as well. Don't trust your taxes to this location!! Tax filer beware!!

I went to H&R block to get some help with my taxes I dropped everything off on February 6 and got noticed on the 12th that they were ready to sign for I went through Amber who told me everything was fine and sent me out the door with my papers in hand claiming that all was good it's now March 2nd and I still have gotten no notice that the irs received my taxes upon calling and a little bit of a run around from Rachel at the front desk I find out that Amber is claiming I would have to pay her before even get my taxes started but she was going to "wave that fee" finally after asking for a corporate number I was given the costumer service number . i've been waiting for a call back from management but have yet to hear from them Edit: I got a call back from the manager and she assured me they would have a meeting about punctuality so I went back up to 3 stars Edit#2 I'm still getting the run around from the company I spoke with Marie and she let me know that my money was put into a card that I never received I'm going back down to one star until this is handled properly or in a fashionable matter this is ridiculous
