A big shout out of appreciation to Jones The Florist! Every year I send gourmet gift baskets from them. This year in particular they made an extra effort to include a specialty item I requested and still deliver the baskets the next day. Everyone was thrilled with the high quality treats and beautiful presentation, and I deeply appreciate the exceptional customer service. In addition, their floral arrangements are consistently beautiful and delivered promptly. Thank you, Jones the Florist!

Wonderful customer service and beautiful arrangement. I called the store from Maryland and placed an order for a Sympathy Dish Garden to be delivered in Cincinnati OH to the funeral services for the mother of my neighbor. My neighbor called after the funeral service to say how beautiful the Dish Garden was. She sent a picture and it was truly beautiful. Thanks Jones Florist for the excellent long distance service.

Delivery right on time. Actual flowers do not match the picture. Fix was to take 10% off, and advice was, "Don't order by the picture next time. State exactly what colors you want."

I have used Jones the Florist for years and cannot say enough good things about their customer service. I recently experienced a problem with a delivery and they responded promptly, courteously and re-delivered my order immediately. In this day and age of ordering online.....mistakes happen (on both ends). But when they do, the important thing is being able to reach a person who will help make things right. On two occasions, I found that my emails were responded to immediately and the person on the other end of the line cared about my experience. That is so rare these days! This is why I will continue to use Jones the Florist in the future. Thank you for making my customer service experience something worth writing about.

I called and spoke with Diane. Explained to her what I wanted. Specially stated, 'Spring flowers. Make sure you send a picture.' My friend received Fall flowers. I said my limit was $100.00 total. I could have ordered two featured flowers and got change back. Spoke with Diane and explained to her that I never received a picture, the flowers were not what I ordered. She said she could give a 10% ($8.00) refund. That's not how you fix things. You should have ordered a refund because you didn't follow instructions. The designer should be a shame of his/her work. And...I hope no one uses your business.

This florist shop is awesome...I made several mistakes where to have flowers/plant sent to my aunt....They were very patient with me and made sure delivery was on time as scheduled....I now have a "one stop shop" florist that I'll use from now...until.......

Where do I begin??? Jones Florist saved my life. I live in NY and I was visiting Ohio for my nieces Sweet 16 celebration. I just needed to add that extra special touch of flowers to make the venue space POP. I literally decided this the day of the event. A few hours before the event was scheduled to start. I walked into Jones Florist and from Mike to the staff in the back they took care of me like no other. They were very courteous and accommodating with me. They were beyond nice and had me out in 15mins with 3 beautiful centerpieces. If you are ever in the Ohio area and looking for a florist no need to look any further. Jones Florist is the place !!! Jones is the BEST! I always come to them first whenever I need flowers. Their customer service is always helpful and never pushy. They have done a great job on my simple occasions (dances, bouquets, etc) and my more complex occasions (furnerals, etc). I love them!

Back in 2014, I found a bouquet of flowers online that I decided would be my inspiration for my wedding. I sought several quotes and asked which substitutions would be used in order to keep costs down and also procure flowers heartily available in this region. Meanwhile, the florist who created the original inspiration sent me suggestions for the same substitutions since they were out of the region. Susan at Jones was the one to get me the best prices and was closest on the same suggestions as the original florist. Susan for years now continues to impress me. My friend was married this evening and the flowers where breathtaking. I got the chills when they arrived. She kept the costs under budget which allowed us to splurge on a few extras. Her substitutions were perfectly fitting with the arrangements. Susan will listen to your needs and make solid suggestions. She is reliable and consistent. She has a great team of people working with her as well. Susan will do whatever it takes to fulfill your vision whether it be sending an arrangement or planning a major event. I'm so grateful for Jones's service.
