Showed up at 8PM and was told it’d be 10 minutes before they take our order due to shift change, waited and went to get in line and waited in line for 25 mins. Still currently in line and service was horrible. Hope the food is worth the wait!

Staff was very kind and attentive. Burgers looked great…very similar to the ads 👏🏼 Bathroom was very clean as well.

Since this location has opened we have had really no reason to complain and has been really good. I took one star away but it's for something they can't even control which is their app. With shortages on some items I would recommend calling or possibly expecting them to not have something for a specialty sandwich and if you used the app there really isn't much they can do. Also be careful making any last minute order changes in the app because coupons will delete and then be unavailable or you will lose accumulated points. The app really is a mess and Wendy's needs to figure out the glitches. Aside from the app, love this new location so far.

Let me start with a very warm thank you to the line work and the lady working the drive thru. We had just came from the gym, and like most guys 217 and 230 lbs we need food. We had got the first order. And not even a block away. Mine was gone. It was a done deal. So I had my roomy turn around and go back and place another order for the 5.00 biggie bag. To my surprise it was perfect. Thank you, thank you and thank you. Food was fresh, hot and the presentation was a perfect score of 100. Hats off to this location for the speedy, fresh and clean service.

I was impressed with this location. We were in the drive thru but it appeared clean. Fast and friendly service was provided and the food was quite good and at a great price. 👍 The $1 breakfast sandwiches were niiiice, I'll actually start hitting up my local Wendy's now because of them. I did not think that I would like their breakfast potatoes, but I did! Best of all, they were hot n fresh!!!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced in a fast food drive Thur because usually I don’t go, but this cashier or whatever her job title is was sooo rude, and she lied to me and told me that they only have Dr.Pepper as I pulled to the window I can clearly see that it was more drinks available. I am a truck driver I have been through every state in the US multiple times and I can honestly say this Wendy's in my town is the worst in customer service, rudeness and it should very close to the top of the most unfreshed food I've ever had from a Wendy's. I thought that mobile ordering and curbside pickup was just as it says that with this restaurant place for order yesterday on the mobile app pulled in did just as the app said quick I'm here 5 minutes of food would be out waited 15 minutes went inside to check on my food and manager told me they don't bring it out to you anymore hands me my melted frosties and my cold almost unwrapped food. Told her it would be nice if they put something out there on that little blue sign at curbside saying that. No they just let me sit out there as I kept hitting "I'm here" on the app. She just looks at me... Drove 10 minutes home only to find gold unwrapped food and an incomplete order. I figured it would change a little bit when they got the new restaurant, it's not going to get any better till they change management. I don't expect the manager or the owner or whoever to respond to this only because they haven't responded to any of the other reviews from other people that have left them . It's sad because the place really has potential.. I won't be back

The young lady that we interacted with wasn't overly friendly but she was pleasant, focused on her job, and respectful. The line was long and there was a longer wait than usual but it was clear that they were short staffed. I want to remind those who may read my review that the employees are human. They deal with different personalities, some unpleasant for no just reason, and they grow tired of being disrespected and treated less than a human. So the next time you're requesting for someone to make your food, remember that if it wasn't for them coming to work that you wouldn't be eating. Treat them kindly even when they're not smiling because we truly don't know what they are going through in their lives or how many unpleasant experiences they've dealt with throughout their shift.

Although I do love there breakfast this location is very slow in the mornings. The staff tends to not be friendly but not rude either. This has been my experince multiple times so i reduced the score due to it not being a one off. This morning i ordered sausage gravy and biscuts... there was no sausage.
